I apologize David, but this is a legacy item, for which we do not have any data from the manufacturer confirming if it works on Windows 8. Iomega was acquired by Lenovo in 2012 and there is no new information on this and other Iomega legacy products at this time. Our feedback from customers who have deployed this item to Windows 8 indicates that the Zip 750 and 250 USBs work flawlessly. I thank you on behalf of Comet You can reach us at (801) 436-9795

I was not able to use the first unit I received. That was a major disappointment. As soon as the seller learned of my desire to return the item, he went out of his way to help me. Also, without being instructed to do so, he returned the item automatically within 24 hours of receiving notification As soon as I paid, he sent me another to try, which helped, so I made arrangements to see that the refund was made. It was a pleasure to deal with this seller and I am very pleased with the quality of their product. I purchased a used one at a third of the original price, figuring that once I transferred my data, I wouldn't need to use it I thought going used made sense for me. It was a pleasure to do.

I am fair to average, not blown away.
As described, the item was delivered as expected. The problem is solved.
The vendor was unable to fix the machine, so we sent it back. Despite my problems with the product, the vendor accepted it back and we came up with a workable solution together. It was necessary to convert some zip disks to CD, and the vendor was able to assist me.
I enjoyed using it.
I was able to access the photos on the discs that had been lost right out of the box after it worked.
The merchandise was not operational when it arrived, but the service was The next time, it would be best to buy brand new.
