I have it with me. The SSD HD P500 version of the 00 US product has FAT 32 formatting when it arrives. NTFS makes Windows 10 delete the Drive if you change it to it. This issue reappeared after I reformatted my hard drive to FAT 32. For about three hours I tried everything I could think of, but couldn't The S/N does not even recognize when we change/swap the countries on the drivers or with HP Customer Support. In the middle of the review, I noticed another reviewer reporting the exact same problem.
