Has it got mounting slots in the back for a 0u Power Distribution Unit?

Dear Sir or Madam, This rack has 4 locations for APC or other vertical Rack PDUs that do not require tools for installation. There are eight locations in the 48in 1200mm Deep cabinets.

I was wondering if you could suggest shelves for this server rack that are compatible with it?

Yes, you are correct, it comes with all doors and sides which makes it a fully enclosed and secure enclosure.
