I have problems with my memories

Having trouble with my machine when I try to restart it, I talked to my technician about it and he told me not to return it since he can fix the problem for me. Unfortunately I don't have time to return it on time. However, with tax season hard at work, the machine is rebooting itself about twice a day, which is causing my work to slow down. It is quite unfair of me to give my technician two stars because he installed junk in my computer, and every time it does that I have to press F1 to restart the computer.

On the surface, this laptop looks like it has great specs, comparable with some of the better and more expensive laptops, but at the end of the day, it's clear that HP cut corners in some areas.
