An intel chipset is included, which is not very good. There is a tendency for it to lose connection and require constant resetting. In the end, I had to use a USB dongle because the wireless was unreliable. It is a very fast machine other than that.

Neither my Dell e7470 nor my docking station is connected to a power source. Connector looks as though it would mate with either the D-Series or E-Series dock. Any 90 watt power pack from either the D- or E-series will work, so voltage shouldn't be a problem. For the battery to be removed, you'll have to unscrew the screws on the back of the unit.

My new home-based business requires a laptop I bought this one specifically for that purpose I had a slow computer on my old computer With this one, you get Windows 10 Pro, so it's super fast and very smooth saw the same computer sold at Walmart for $1500 and it has all of the features I require Installation and updating have always been the fastest and easiest on any computer I've used I prefer that the power cord plugs into the back instead of into the side, which makes sense in my opinion A new computer I purchased recently is lightning fast I can have 10 or more tabs open in my web browser, and it continues to operate smoothly! This touchpad has a more pleasant feel and seems easier to use I'm not sure why this is Texture is present on the surface of the touch pad and in its proximity it's because of this that it's so easy to do There are buttons in the touch pad that you can see rather than hidden within You will note that mine has a backlit keyboard, but don't count on it to work in all situations That will not be the case for all of these There is a bunch of battery life and it seems to last a really long time It has not been a lot used away from my desk, but in the few times I left it unplugged for a few hours without any issues, it's been much less draining compared to my old laptop *li>The picture is high quality There's no discernable difference in the picture quality between the second monitor attached to it, and the first monitor is also brand new However, it would have been nice if it had a touch screen, but with all the good features, I became used to it fairly quickly During my research I discovered a lot of other features I like about this laptop, and I will continue updating this review as I find more When I got a refurbished computer, I was a little hesitant, but I couldn't be happier with it My budget could never have allowed me to purchase this type of computer, and it met my needs My business venture has so far proven to be the best investment I have made On this computer, I do work related to my business and office It can handle multitasking in ways I could not with my old laptop, and I put a lot of pressure on it All the challenges I hurl at it seem to be handled by its resources For now, I was thinking that I would just buy a lower-cost laptop and then upgrade to a more expensive one when I get my business off the ground, but this one stood out! I have found it extremely frustrating to set up and have it go to sleep every time I open it only to find the wifi would not automatically start up when I opened it It took me 3 days to research and troubleshoot before I was able to reach a Dell technician, who was unable to resolve the issue after 3 hours of trying Initially there was the desire to have a technician replace the hard drive I am so thankful I purchased this product through Amazon, as the rep stuck with me through the call with Dell (who wanted to charge me for troubleshooting!!) and promptly refunded my money
That is a bad sign It was a major disappointment for us I went to DELL and they said the laptop was 3 years old, out of warranty, and had no OS activated DELL was willing to pay more money to fix the OS, but the fix would be costly for us as well All wrapped up in a bow, the laptop was my daughter's birthday gift Primetime was unable to provide any assistance since we were not provided the activation key for the product nor the operative system activation key Microsoft was unable to assist us so we are returning the defective equipment to them A second problem was PRIMETIME (the company that sold us the laptop) is a deceptive company name We thought it was Amazon Prime, so ordered it anyway Amazon fulfilled companies do not have the name primetime I was told that I would get my money back, but it will take more than a week
There is no comparison when it comes to price and the best laptops for general use One of these is in my house and I have purchased many for use at work This is the best option for general use when it comes to value and features
Our keyboard and mouse pad had problems in which they would stop working at random noticed this happening a few times in the first month we had the laptop After it happened again a few days before the return period ended, I decided it was time to send it back As my daughter was to do online schooling due to COVID-19, we needed a functioning laptop as soon as possible and didn't have a lot of time to go back and forth with the seller to resolve any issues I just returned this laptop to Costco because I bought a new computer My money was refunded promptly, with no questions asked, so I gave the product 4 stars Furthermore, I knew that buying a refurbished laptop would be risky It is more likely you will end up with a lemon than a great laptop at a great price We took the gamble and it didn't work out for us, but as long as we got our money back and it was handled correctly, which I believe it was, everything works out
