I set it up from scratch and ran Windows update to ensure I had all of the latest versions When Win 10 tried to install Bluetooth hardware after about two weeks, it would say that it was not installed, though it was installed The latest drivers appeared to be installed after I tried to reload drivers through Win 10 When I finally downloaded the SupportAssist from the Dell support website, it loaded different drivers than the ones from Win 10 and solved my issue I do not know why the laptop did not come with the correct drivers from Dell Additionally, if SupportAssist was already installed and ready to use I would have saved myself quite a bit of time

I like this laptop so much Before I got this new one, I had an old Dell that I had used for 8-10 years It took no time at all to put it to work! Throughout the process, only a few things gave me pause, but overall, I just started using it as if it were nothing new As a person who is over 70, it was an experience I really appreciated My favorite thing about this laptop is the addition of a separate disc drive Since it is lighter than my previous laptop, it is perfect It has a great display, and I appreciate its camera quality and sound since I tend to zoom a lot In spite of the larger storage size, I was really happy to be able to afford it considering it was such a small increase over the smaller size

This software is used for ZOOM meetings and presentations, and it works perfectly well for the tasks I need to accomplish For what I paid, I can say that it seems to be a good laptop I have never purchased a brand new laptop before I received the package very quickly, and it was very well packaged
