After purchasing this Dell laptop, and dimming it all the way down, I found the screen illumination dimmer no longer worked the following day! As I was working, I saw a message which said something to the effect of "This computer is experiencing a problem," and suddenly it reloaded! Just think if I had been on Zoom with a client To conclude, I decided to return the laptop, and I learned that the seller charges a 10% restocking fee, and that Amazon requires prepaid shipping for the return (even though it was a Prime item)

In terms of games and streaming movies, I have no interest in either activity, so I can't comment on either In general, I find the use of the internet, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases more useful The majority of that comes along with MS 365, though I don't know if Access is included since I already had that covered In any case, it arrived in good shape and a few days before expected, and has exceeded my expectations The solution seems to be acceptable and suitable for the purposes I know it to be used for

The vendor (PCOnline365) had a laptop configuration that I was looking for, and they had it at a price I could afford It was a good deal It was an easy process and I was able to get it in a short time (I wasn't eligible for PRIME) My favorite thing about it is it is not loaded with programs and applications I am not interested in It was polite and appropriate for them to follow up They exceeded expectations in the areas that mattered This is the best recommendation for your situation

The overall experience was great Using this laptop is easy thanks to its light weight and slim design There are no slowdowns in operations or applications because the processor and memory are both good I haven't noticed any excessive heat The battery lasts for a long time, but it depends on how bright the screen is and how you use it As of now, no problems Dell laptops are luckily easy to work on, if and when replacement parts are needed in the future I am planning to replace the 1TB HDD with a 1TB SSD
