Microsoft office is not included on any PC I know of. The way they make money is that way. This is a purchase you make. If you had it on a previous computer and the license was still valid, you may be able to transfer it. My answer is yes.

There is a lot of clutter on the keyboard, making it hard to read the Because of the numbers pad, the keyboard is cramped, as was described in the comment

There was no way I would find it taking up so much space. As a result, I don't use it and have a hard time getting used to it after years of not having the numbers pad occupy that space. As for the keyboard, it is entirely silver and so are all the keys, letters, numbers, and function keys. Even with readers on, they are so light that I can barely read them. When I put a bright light on the board, it only makes everything worse, so I'm constantly squatting (and I type OK as well). Those factors, as well as the cramped keyboard, are my reasons for giving it a low rating. All the rest seems fine. I may have to pay the restocking fees and return it, but I can't imagine coping with this poorly designed product on a daily basis.

The laptop is very nice

The HP Pavilion I had been using for five years had to be upgraded. With this model, the bezels are narrower and the phone is faster, lighter, and although the screen size is the same, the overall phone is smaller. Despite its "free" nature, the wireless mouse is not very valuable. It is still worth buying the PC regardless of the price. The keys are too small, based on some complaints I've read. Ignorance is bliss. As a matter of fact, working with the keyboard and spaces has made it easier.

In addition to the screen being great, the fact that it has a touch screen is wonderful as well. Graphics are one of the things I like most about computers, even though I'm not a computer person. I used Cortana to configure it and it was very simple. Online meeting tools like Zoom. Gaming is your thing if you're into hard-core games etc. Maybe you aren't into it, but if you're like me, you are sure to enjoy it!.

It Was A Great Laptop, But I Had To Return It

The computer was amazing and I wanted to set it up right away. As soon as the box was opened, a damage was discovered I am unable to use the keyboard because it is misaligned. In the hope of receiving a replacement, I immediately repacked it and returned it. It was not possible to provide a replacement. A charge of $199 has been applied to my account. A restocking fee of $300 was added which I could not comprehend since the computer was not usable. I regret this as this is a very positive laptop with very good.

Keypad is not up to par

We took a chance with a review about the letters being difficult to see, but we bought it still. It is not something I would buy I think it's important to be able to easily look down and spot the key I'm looking for right away. The next time I speak with you, this will be a deal breaker. It would have been better if I had given more value to the other reviews.
