This laptop is quite nice. To install software other than Microsoft apps, "S Mode" had to be turned off. The camera is of good quality, and it can be used in Zoom meetings. I wish it had more USB ports, but I had to buy an adapter to get more. For what I do, there is plenty of RAM, and the processor is fantastic. Now that you don't get a CD/DVD drive, it's a lot lighter. I'd recommend it and buy it again. The quality of HP laptops is excellent.
Continue scrolling to see more choices. It's a very light laptop. The good news is that this is true. The touch screen can be a little sluggish at times. It takes some time for the computer to reconnect to the internet after you wake it up. Videoconferencing has a poor video quality. Good audio input. Unknown audio output. I still have to rely on the computer I was supposed to replace when I need something reliable. Simply put, you should not.
The laptop is fantastic in every way; the touchscreen is flawless, and the speed is outstanding.
I prefer Dell, but I had to fulfill her request. She claimed that Windows 10S, as well as some factory settings and bloatware, were causing her problems. But as long as it says HP, she's happy. br>br>LOL.
Granted, we don't put a lot of demands on this laptop because it's only used for basic tasks. There haven't been any issues thus far.
I've had this laptop for less than three months, and it won't turn on and is completely useless. br>br>After speaking with one of HP's technicians on the phone. This is a common problem with this laptop and the Bios on the mother board, according to HP. br>br>Apparently HP is getting a lot of calls and repair requests for this laptop. br>br>At this time, I'm expecting it to take 5 days to be repaired and returned. br>br>On the plus side, it worked. The screen was quite nice.
My expectations for picture quality and speed were both exceeded. My laptop has made me very happy.
