Here are some of the things I like about this product: br>* Extremely light weight. 3 pounds. I have a lighter work laptop, but the LG is significantly faster. The LG Gram isn't the lightest or thinnest laptop you'll ever use, but it comes close. The chassis is made of a magnesium alloy rather than metal. Although it appears to be made of plastic, it is extremely durable and adaptable. br>* Multi-tasking and quick it is useful My model scored a ten out of ten on the scale. Intel Core i7 processors with 16GB of RAM and NVME SSDs are the latest generation. I like how the tablet has a touch screen and a pen that comes with it. Very responsive, and LG includes the Nebo app, which makes using the pen extremely simple. br>* There's a lot of room to store things. 1 TB of storage was included in this version. br>* The quality of the construction. The hinge is not too floppy or rigid, but it is flexible enough. Everything is flush and tight when you fold it over into a tablet mode. br>* Battery Life: On "normal" settings, e. g. , after a full charge, this will last more than 10 hours. Keeping the battery tuned for performance vs. the average screen brightness br>br>Drawbacks: It has a 20-hour battery life if you want it. br>br> br>* The quality of the construction. If it weren't for the fact that when I turned it on, it was all MSNBC FAKE NEWS CRAP, I would have given this LG a higher rating! This is a huge turn-off for me. It's difficult to comprehend why China's communists have such a strong hold on big tech and why it's so far left. However, after reading all of the nonsense on MSN news, I was ready to return to my old computer. br>I'm curious as to how many of these big tech CEOs have ever lived in a communist state. Perhaps they should do so before attempting to compel all of us patriots to learn Chinese! This computer is for you if you believe that socialism and communism are the best paths for America. br>br>No thank you.

The picture quality is excellent, but the sound is only adequate. If I really want to listen to something, I connect it to Bluetooth speakers. I have multiple tabs open all the time and it's still fast. Another thing I read in other reviews was about the battery life, fan, and noise. I've tested the battery and it's been going for a few days without a charge and I haven't had it heat up on me or turn on the fan. This laptop has been flawless for my personal use, in my opinion.

That is FRAUD in my opinion as a consumer. The Amazon box is in perfect condition, but the computer box has been damaged by something sharp. On the other side of the screen, the computer had a ding. The good fortune of Lucky Tech LLC has to end soon. Keep an eye out for such con artists.

Thankfully, Amazon rectified the situation. We have three of the same laptops in our house, but this one worked fine for about a month before the battery died. So, after troubleshooting to our best ability for 60 days, we contacted LG, who only offered a repair rather than a replacement. That means I'd be unable to do my job for the next 10 to 15 business days while it was being repaired. br>I asked LG why this brand new laptop couldn't be replaced instead of repaired if the battery was defective. Then I'd be whole again. I also don't have a local place where I can get the laptop repaired under LG's warranty. It is necessary to send it in by mail. br>Because Amazon has a 90-day refund policy, I turned to them for help, and now I'm able to keep this broken laptop (plugged in!). ) while I wait for the new one to arrive. We have other laptops that we love, so my three stars don't tell the whole story. Thank you, Amazon, but not LG! In the future, I will be hesitant to purchase more LG products.
