Questions & Answers

On some of my drivers there are two led lights on (one blue, one red) and on one only one (a blue LED). Can you explain what the problem is and what I should do about it?

In the past I have only had one like that with blue light only and it works fine. I think the red led just burned out or something but I cannot be certain. In addition, I believe you will want to replace USB Cables with thicker shields. One of mine was getting GPU restarted every time the fan turned off, until I changed the cables to better shield static electricity. This may be of some help to you.

Can you tell me how much power it draws?

The riser fails to be detected by my Windows 7 system. Do I need a driver for this product? Power has been turned on for the riser. There is a fan spinning on the GPU. As far as OS is concerned, it isn't visible. ?

Windows 10 is ready to use right out of the box. About the Windows 7 operating system, I have no idea. The BIOSTAR TB250 was used for mine It is a motherboard for the BTC computer.
