It is always best to keep things cool and quiet
5/5

Although I have built systems for several years, this was my first time working with a multi-user environment The stock market- It is time to install a cooler. As a rule I go with Intel's stock cooling solution, which is usually sufficient for non-critical workloads The overclocking was for performance reasons. Following the introduction of the i5 My decision to purchase this Noctua solution comes after reading many reviews. In making my decision, the following primary factors played a role 1) An air * b) A single 3) Small profile, so I would not have to worry about overhang or selecting 4) Be quiet. 5) It is built of excellent quality and is compatible with a lot of operating systems, so it can withstand Earlier today I finished implementation of the new system and I am extremely pleased with its performance so far. Based on With the stock cooler and the 4440), I was able to Music playback, browsing, and record browsing) were both around This new cooler comes with my new Intel Core i5 processor At 6600k, I'm seeing an average temperature of 38C under similar load conditions. In terms of design, I'm looking for a quiet, subdued look. ). It is also quieter than my old system. It's nearly impossible to even tell that the computer is on (in terms of noise level) unless I turn off the ceiling fan, which is how I wanted things to be The silence was nearly complete. My list of silly things is going to get a little ridiculous - but I did them all. We hope this will make it easier for you if you're installing a more complicated cooling system for the first time! The system builder in you is most likely going to have a good laugh at this. ) Look at the full-sized version of that mug! The instruction sheet is glossy! Before you do step 3, try to think of what you should do The CPU I dropped in was still unlocked when I dropped it in, and I had all kinds 4) Step 4 I can finally apply the thermal paste. Only one more step to go. When I get it out, how do I get it to work? It was once a paper, but now it's digital The answer to this question is no. A moderate amount of force is necessary to unscrew it. Make sure you don't puncture the paper! With a regular screwdriver, tightening that one screw down is a serious pain in the a**. It would have been helpful if they included a specialized screwdriver to make this process easier. What do you know, As it turns out, that odd little piece of metal was We messed up! It has been refreshing and rewarding to use stock CPU cooling. I purchased this Noctua kit and it seemed well made, the packaging was great, and it seems to be working like a champ despite the mild punishment I gave it during installation. Noctua is definitely worth checking out if I need any more cooling for my rig in the future.

I'm very pleased with the performance of the smaller CPU cooler
5/5

For my Intel I7-2703 processor, I purchased this cooler to replace the stock cooler A CPU with a speed of 8700. Due to the fact that I could not fit a large (over 160mm) cooler in my case, I was anxious to see how this smaller cooler would perform. A 81-degree C CPU temperature is what I got from my stock cooler when running Prime 95 for 2 hours. A CPU running on this Noctua cooler operates at 72 degrees C when the ambient temperature is the same. By using the AIDA Stability test. 94 degrees Fahrenheit was the stock temperature in the cooler. It does not contain NOctua NH. Despite U9S being 70 C, it was not even close to being hot. I love it.

This board supports LGA2066, so you can use a stock i7-based system I recently bought a custom built computer purely for speed and memory capacity for use in audio recording
5/5

The 7820x clock is only one of the results of the Intel stress test. Since I do not overclock or play games, I wanted something solid and fast. It came with a noisy CPU tower so I thought I would give it a try. Installation of the quiet adapter was extremely quiet. Mounts are universal and AMD components are included. When all (8) cores were tested for 1 hour without any rest, temperatures did not fluctuate between 8 and 9°C Thermal throttling did not occur during any of the tests, which did with the original cooler. The cooler operated at about 15 degrees below the throttling limit (105C). Gaining 32 points A temperature of 35C at idle is extremely rapid. It is far more stress than a computer will be put under under heavy audio use, and the supplied cooler will surely suffer for it. The next model up at a minimum would be my choice if I were a gamer, however, this cooler has surprised me with its performance, and many reviews have indicated that it performs as well as many water coolers that cost much more. "I believe. " I have been a believer since I was a child.
