I'm getting very weak audio by using this method. Do you know if anyone else is experiencing this or if there is There are any other drivers available for Windows 10 besides generic ones?

Make sure the male plug is completely inserted into the Millso for me, it took a significant amount of effort to insert it the last 1/8 inch. Unless you've plugged in a Millso, use a speaker or headset to see if the sound is better without plugging in the Millso. Check the various software volume settings to see if they are low or muted if the sound is still low.

The description of this USB port reads, "this is an output port, not an input port.". If it does not work with a microphone as input, does that mean it won't work?

My rode mic is currently connected to it and it works great!

What is the best way to stream music to your car from your phone?

There is a USB connection on my 2013 Honda Odyssey which plays music Normally, I connect a USB drive to it and it works fine. *br>I connected the Millso USB-to-3 to it and it works fine. It was connected to a 3.5 jack, then my phone was connected to the 3.5 jack. A male and five females The connection between the headphone jack and the Millso didn't work, as it wouldn't pick up the music playing within the phone. It may be helpful to you.

Despite the fact that the audio output sounds amazing, the audio input isn't that great
3/5

Ok, I think this is a cool little package for people who will be working from home, but there is a noticeable hiss or noise floor when the audio is being played back. Video of the audio of my cell phone with the headset connected to my USB audio adapter was uploaded to compare the sound of my cell phone with the headset connected to my Since of this, I could not recommend it as an interface for something like twitch streaming, but it does the job if you're just trying to work from home.

It's not safe to rely on the icon on An adapter that plugs into 5mm ports
3/5

An icon of a headset and a microphone is visible in the image. A microphone can, however, not be attached to this item. That stuff would have been in the fine print if I read it. Although that icon suggests I am looking for an output AND input adapter, that isn't useful for me since I am looking for an output AND input adapter.

There is a fatal flaw with the one I received, which echos outgoing audio into the input, and the preamp is extremely noisy
3/5

A representative from Millso reached out to me to make sure the problem is solved. I received a replacement adapter, and I am waiting to find out if it has the same issues as the original one. I applaud them for attempting to fix the problem. As I don't have the chance to review the new unit yet, I'm adding a star for support. * * **Br/*- I reviewed the original version of the work - I was looking for an adapter that would allow me to use a TRRS headphone with a mic with a Windows computer. As a result, I purchased this computer thinking it would work like you'd expect it to. Use the built-in microphone of a headset to talk back to everyone while you're on Zoom, Chrome, or WebEx Microphones on the line. Even though the system technically works, there is an annoying echo in which the audio from incoming calls, which should be directed exclusively to you, is being returned to the input channel and then sent out to all callers. As a result of these features, when someone other than myself speaks, my system sends their audio back over the line. In a way, it's like being in a There is probably an echo of at least 100 decibels The delay from the call audio is 100ms and it occurs in multiple instances as I generated the audio and then it came back and went I find it very Although I didn't plug my headphones in, I still received the audio destined for headphones whenever it was plugged into the "mic" input, even without headphones plugged in. The headphones do not have to be connected for this to happen. There was no problem with any software that I tried. It was even possible to set up an overdub in an Ableton session (a DAW). Taking notes in a sealed envelope Featuring an inline microphone, these headphones feature ear buds. Previously, the Ableton audio recording from the mic had not been clean, and what I heard in my head could be heard clearly on the recording Those who listen. A little while ago, it I heard it in the background now at 20db off full, but it was there distinctly. It was not a sound that traveled back into the microphone from my earphone. I think the adapter had recorded full bandwidth audio and then uploaded it back into the session. When the headphones were removed, it did this in a different manner. I was able to resolve the problem by setting the audio to go to something other than this adapter, however, that defeats the purpose of adding a headset mic and headphone adapter to a headset. Furthermore, the mic preamp is very noisy on top of all of this. Although it is a lot to ask that a device with a usb plug have a decent preamp, I can understand why. Tiny is the word to describe this thing. In its capacity as an adapter for headphones it works well, so 2 stars. In this case, I will be returning it since it won't be able to fulfill my needs.

I'm pleased with how well this worked for me
5/5

My intention is to use this in order to listen to music while using headphones with my computer. Previously, I connected my headphones to the port on my desktop speakers, which works fine, but is not as convenient as this device. A way I have been looking for and now have is to be able to switch from my desktop speakers to headphones by using the sounds settings on my taskbar My headphones are already plugged into the bar so I don't have to unplug and plug them in every time. Since I am lazy I want to be able to change the settings while I have my feet up on my desk and my keyboard propped up in front of me. I was not sure if this device did that based on the description, but a question was asked and someone replied that it does in fact do that That is very kind of you, and it does help. As a result, it appears in the sound setting as a device, which I was able to rename to "headphones" so I can switch the output device with ease using the task bar According to my ears, the sound quality is roughly the same regardless of whether one plugs the headphones into the jack on the speakers, directly into the output jack on the motherboard or directly into Additionally, it appears to be a nicely made piece of equipment. Since the cord is longer, it is not braided like the shorter version, but it is a great quality material that is flexible and soft. Due to the extra length, I was able to wrap the cord around the base of one monitor stand so that it is always within reach. We are quite pleased with the purchase and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others who plan to use it the same way that we have described it.

It is built to a high standard
5/5

Mac users do not need to install anything. Using this cable, I have been able to connect my USB-powered speakers to my computer My laptop can be plugged into a c hub so that I have one thing to plug in when I sit down. In addition, I now have a free audio input on my Macbook, so I am able to connect a headset mic and separate speaker. My speakers have awesome audio, but my headset is mediocre. When I do this, I take advantage of the great listening experience on my speakers.

The audio quality of the microphone is excellent through this adapter. It took me a bit of adjusting the audio gain in my computer's audio input settings to get the volume I wanted for my headset mic, but aside from that, the quality of the audio is the same I strongly admire the build quality of the product. Cables are flexible and easy to work with. I like the feel of the metal audio input end, and I like the feeling of the USB end as well. I felt it was a high-quality product. Overall, the product does what I need, I don't have to do much setup, and I am pretty confident it will last for a very long time.
