When your laptop needs a microphone jack, do not buy
3/5

Even though the product description states it is a 3. 5 mm jack with a dual function as a headphones jack and a microphone jack, in fact it does neither. Played around with the sound settings and ran it on a PC as well as a Mac with the same result. I'm not really looking for a headphone jack, but would work for someone who just wants a headphone jack.

Accessories are a good idea
5/5

In fact, I was almost ready to request a refund as I thought I bought a lemon. But later I found that I might have acted a bit prematurely. I initially did not hear any audio when I plugged in my audio aux head into the slot and connected it via USB to my laptop. An attempt was made to play a film. The sound does not work. However, I could not hear the audio when I watched a video on YouTube. In the end, it was only after I realized that I hadn't fully inserted the audio head into the audio jack of the Hagibis USB External Sound Card Adapter that I realized what I had done. In order to correct the error, I put on a headset. No audio output has yet been achieved. In my struggle to adjust the audio icon on my laptop menu bar, I realized I was not doing it correctly. I set it up as the default USB audio device on my laptop and I made a few other adjustments, and my headset started to work. The sound is crystal clear, with no static noise. I used it to test my laptop's speech recognition, and it worked fine. And it can't be beaten as far as price is concerned. The book is definitely recommended. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

My audio jack didn't recognize my microphone and would not allow me to use it
5/5

I got this for that reason. As a temporary solution, this is a great way for me to fix this problem until I can get my laptop repaired! A simple little device that plugs straight into a USB port and allows you to plug in a pair of headphones or a Not only does it allow you to hear on a headset, but it lets you hear the microphone In particular, if you have trouble using mics or taking audio recordings I 100% recommend this product.

It is misleading
3/5

It is useless. The audio version is only available A microphone is not necessary! The headset did NOT allow me to create a voicemail from my laptop or iPhone wired headset when I used it with my I could not be heard by others on Zoom! The title of this product specifically reads It is an audio adapter for both headphones and microphones. It's a misleading statement. This is not a happy day for me. Spending money is a waste.

The game works well, but its bitrate is low and it's weak
3/5

In my recent computer switch, I noticed the built-in audio on the new system had a few high-fi frequencies Electrical noise should be low-pitched, so I chose a low-pitched thermostat Whenever I use the converter, I always hear a high-pitched screeching in my ears. The audio quality was not checked when I got it, because I wasn't thinking when I got it. It is my habit to listen to audio files with 24-bit audio (and probably most people do too) At 44 bits, the quality is high. One kHz. Due to its limited capacity, this device can only run 16-bit applications An audio bitrate of 44 is used. A sampling rate of 48 KHz or 1 My device was clearly too slow to handle a fairly complex song at first, but then I listened to a song with some pretty complex effects at the beginning and it was immediately obvious. There seems to be a lot of trouble with it. I love the sound of this on the record Though we do not have board audio. While I was testing the converter, I also switched back and forth between the converter and my on-board computer It became very clear, as soon as I listened to my onboard audio There was a significant improvement in the sound of the board. In short, it works fine, and some people wouldn't even notice, but for me, it's like watching something at 720p when you could have been viewing it at You may also prefer to play video games at 30 frames per second when your computer could handle 60 frames per second. It's really hard to make a decision. I just might go back to the on-line classes At least for now, you can only hear the board audio. The noise bothers me, but it's not too loud, and I'd rather a tiny bit of noise play when nothing is playing than have only low-quality audio throughout the whole thing.

I have no problems with the headphones, but the microphone is not working
3/5

My heart really hoped this would work for me, so I really wanted it to. My Windows autodetection program recognized the device without a problem as soon as I plugged it in. The sound came through my headphones without a problem when I plugged in my headphones and microphone. Connection issues with the mic cause the problem. To get a clear sound from the mic, you need to have the mic right up against your mouth (basically IN your mouth). It did not work with any of the volume and sensitivity settings on my Windows computer. After thinking my mic (which was working just yesterday) had broken, I plugged my headphones into my laptop's integrated headphones/mic port, and both my headphones and mic functioned as they should. The moment I plug them into this USB device, I get only sound and I can't see the microphone at all. This I tried to plug into another computer's USB port and experienced the exact same issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it and will need to find another brand to use.

It was purchased to workaround a Mac OS software limitation
5/5

The 3. is not supported by Mac OS. Speaker output is simultaneously available from the output jack and from the internal speakers. It is even impossible to switch between them. 3. If the case is If a connection is detected under the 5mm jack, the internal speakers are turned off. A little USB sound card like this one suits my purposes perfectly. By fixing this problem, macOS is no longer the problem.

I received it just now. My computer speakers are a good match for this song. Play it straight out of the box. Make sure the volume is adjusted on the The Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series computer would not recognize my external jack when I plugged it in. I bought it to solve that problem.
