One of the 11-drive systems I purchased for my church is mainly used to copy DVDs. Until we loaded 11 disks into the system, the system appeared to be working. There were always two drives that would fail about three minutes into the copying process. Initially, I tried contacting the company via Amazon. com, but I did not receive a reply. The unit has not been returned even though they tried to return it. As I opened up the unit, I found that one or two of the drives had failed. This would not have been an issue if the unit had been tested before shipping. Neither I nor anyone I know will ever buy anything else In my opinion, the wiring inside the unit is totally crazy and not standard. If this was the best duplicator I would hate to see the worst. Now I have to replace two bad drives. While I paid good money for this unit, now the church is not supporting it. I don't enjoy doing work on things I paid good money for.

Upon arrival, a crack in the side of the first unit enlightened the insides of the power supply that had been warped When I sent it back, they offered to replace it, but the new unit did not have a sturdy power plug that stayed in the power supply in Since I do not wish to be branded as a malcontent, I will keep it as long as I warn others about very cheaply made power supplies. I am satisfied with the rest of the box and how well it performs.

A sturdy workhorse with tank aesthetics and parts, this thing can handle just about anything you throw at it. It all started with my assumption that I would never need it, but I was wrong, this duplicator should be a part of any music or movie arsenal. Even though this machine takes a little longer to do certain CDs and DVDs, it still works without a hitch. The burner on this thing burns better than the one on my computer. In the event my cd burns with a few seconds left until the time limits are met, my computer burner will remove a song from the list. Duplicators with this duplicator don't have that problem. Burns are not affected by time constraints. This is a wonderful purchase from an honest company, and the company can reply to all your questions via e-mail You can contact them by mail or by calling their 800 number. The duplicator resembles a tank and weighs 50 pounds or less.

When I opened the box, all the drives were loose and sliding around. Trying to get the cable to hook up, I opened the case, tightened screws, and fastened two cables that were loose.
I can't say I'm entirely satisfied with the quality of the inspection that went into the product, but I think the components are fine, and the machine is working. There is only one fan at the bottom of the case to remove heat from the whole system. Adding a fan to the TOP of the case where heat will collect may be a good idea. * I will update once I have used it for a while.

The five of us have a lot of old movies from getting them on a few different VHS movies cameras over the past few years. We allocated ourselves the task to make DVD masters from the VHS tapes, and then to create a full set with index of the old home movies for the kids for Christmas, each set in one of those inexpensive yet quite stylish cases that hold numerous CDs or DVDs. The task of doing them one at a time on a computer would have been endless and thankless. This kind of thing I bought, so I made five copies at a time. It worked without a hitch. This drawer opened up if an individual copy was unsuccessful, as they occasionally did, so you would know to redo it. Take advice about which blanks should be used and which should not be used. It took me a while to realize the unit was so large when I first opened up the box. It is only shown from the front in the picture on line. There is only one cabinet because of the size of a desktop tower, probably because those are readily available for this or any other application besides this one, and it would have been costly to have different sized towers made specifically for this purpose.

What disappointed me was one of the five tray copies didn't work when recording the DVD. I haven't tried the same tray every time but it stops recording every other month.

One of the best purchases I have made in the last 12 months is this. I record a lot of the games played by the kids and their families as team manager for my sons' club baseball and club basketball teams. The previous method I used for burning the DVDs for all ten basketball players was to burn them one at a time. Each baseball player is accompanied by a coach, and the whole team is represented. We also have coaches on staff. Since I was never able to spend a large chunk of time on the burns, it would take me days to finish them. Since I have BestDuplicator, I can do anything I want to. Rather than taking me days to complete, it can be completed in minutes. I can then have the videos ready within a few days after the tournament. In fact, now that I have it, I've found that it has many other uses, such as making duplicates of all our family video DVDs so we have extra copies to store in the Furthermore, I would like to add one more point. There was a negative review on this product that stated it didn't work. Can you explain that? Although this product does not have many instructions, the packaging does. In any case. Our local Wallyworld only sold one type of disc, so the instructions that come with it give very specific instructions about what types of discs you should not use for this product.
