The case and product as a whole are solid and minimally wired. I only had one issue with this KVM and one with another I previously owned, which was that, for some reason, I believe a Mac with Big Sur OS installed would frequently crash if the 5V adapter was plugged into any KVM. As a result of multiple crashes from both KVMs I unplugged the 5V adapter and the KVM is working properly again. The problem didn't occur when I had earlier versions of MacOS it only occurred when Big Sur was installed.

Because I began working remotely back in March, I have to run two laptops in my home, and a lot of the same accessories I use when I'm gaming are used for work (keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless headset). While most of my work was run through a hub, I still found it to be extremely tedious to switch from one laptop to another. My family and I were thrilled to find this little guy that is just right for our needs, allowing us to switch between two computers at the touch Then you will not need to rewire your computer at the end of each workday. As I play competitive video games in my free time, I was pleased to find that there was no lag or drop in polling rate of my Razer components when using this. Overall, it was a great little investment that gave me peace of mind and piece of mind when I work from home.

This is my second device, I bought the first one but it lost connectivity when I moved it. I have had good results with this one up to now. As a whole, I like the metal case and the push button switch at the top. If you only boot one computer, the button will automatically switch to that computer rather than you having to manually switch. I use it to share my keyboard, mouse, and headset between different computers. The USB switch box I received is really nice. I'm very happy with it.

It has well-placed ports and a sturdy metal cabinet. I like the fact that the button switch has a pronounced click, which just makes me think a quality micro switch was used on the board. It blends well with my silver bezel monitor and works well with all my software A third cable will power the power port if this is necessary. It can connect to two workstations or laptops and a third cable will provide power to the power port if necessary. My application did not require a power connection since there is only a keyboard, wireless mouse, and plantronics headset to be connected.

This wireless laserjet printer enables me to print from more than one device. I've had the device for about 3 weeks now, and it works exactly as I expected. My switch is a true plug-and-play since I have one connection that is constantly connected to my home computer, while the other end of the switch is left available to be connected either to my work laptop, or to any of the other laptops in our house. I can immediately begin sending printed documents to our printer after unplugging one of the laptops and plugging another in. When I unplug one of the laptops and plug in another one, the switch immediately recognizes the connected device. It is actually not difficult to use this switch because the switch itself has nothing to do with it. Because it didn't automatically locate my home printer on my work laptop, my only difficulty was convincing the tech support at work to let me install the print drivers for my home printer on my work laptop To install anything that is not part of the printer A technical support request and approval for work-related issues on my work laptop was required. Overall, I'm very pleased with the function of the switch, as well as the fact that it was much smaller than I expected, so it takes up almost no space.

This allows me to switch between my work laptop and home laptop by using my mouse, keyboard, webcam, and headset. I am very happy with how well it works. Before I had an old cheaper one that was intermittent, I used to have a non-working old one. The connecting drops are not present with this headset, however I have had problems with my wireless USB Logitech headset when not powered by 5V. I have not experienced any problems after plugging it into a USB wall outlet and power brick. I also like the fact that it will automatically switch to the device that is powered so switching between my laptop and desktop is quick and I don't even need to manually switch when the device is powered off.

Just what I was looking for In order to separate my personal desktop from my work laptop, I've split USB peripherals. By switching the manual button between them at the end of the day, I am able to alternate between work and play. On top of that, it looks nice on my desk. BONUS - - Whenever one computer in the network is turned off, it automatically switches to the other. This is a highly recommended book.

I have finally found an actual USB switch. As I use a USB switch for the third time, I have a few questions. My first one didn't work out of the box, and my second one didn't work any sooner. My honest opinion is that these switches are not so complicated and are not as prone to failure as they should be. we are here, and this is a good one. Unfortunately, the raving review comes down to "it works", but this seems to be the norm. In addition to this, this switch comes with a 5V power cord and two.
