I have tried it twice and it was not consistent and did not improve the signal to justify the cost. I had no service prior to becoming a member of this club I have 4 bars inside and I have better reception than outside since it is grabbing the signal from 25 feet above the ground and flooding my home with it. The installation process was a challenge, and I found out that I really hate heights, but the benefit of being able to use my cell devices anywhere in my house rather than next to a window has far surpassed the expense. The only thing I regret about my own situation is that I have two mobile phone carriers in my home. The tower I selected had a much stronger signal than the other. Therefore, I chose Verizon to aim at while T-Mobile had little to no improvement. The more I thought about it, the more I would have purchase a unit with an Omnidirectional receiver.
