It took me a good while reading reviews on so many Bluetooth speakers before I made the decision to go for I wanted to compare it side by side with some other speakers it was considering and there were many stellar reviews for it. It was very easy to connect my new speaker to my Samsung phone as soon as it arrived. While I was in the bathroom, I listened to music on the JBL. During the shower I have an Alexa, but when it is in the shower it does not work With the volume set to maximum, the sound is still muffled. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't hear her. With the JBL Flip, this is not the case. You will blow me out of the room if you turn the volume way up on this tiny speaker! We loved it so much that I had to order a second one for our bedroom right away. Bottom line Amazon may be wonderful, however its seemingly endless selection may leave you paralyzed.
