The issue has not been adequately raised, according to me. Despite being raised, it does not feel like it. Having returned mine for one with a higher lip, I am getting Last week, I broke the lenses on my phone camera.
As long as testing is successful, this Symmetry Series for iPhone 12 & 13 should be available shortly Apple is adding MagSafe functionality to the iPhone 12 Pro, including the ability to charge up to 15 watts using MagSafe. We recommend visiting our official website for more details about OtterBox options with MagSafe.
It's one of our most streamlined protective options for iPhone 12 & 12 plus As it is not a model of the Symmetry Series, the iPhone 12 Pro does not have a cover for the charger port. If that is a must-have for your needs and tastes, you may find our Commuter Series to be the better option.

I did not expect the case to arrive so soon.
Unfortunately, I do not feel like it is of the same quality as Otterbox Symmetry cases I have used in the past. In the particular case, there are ridges at the bottom corners of each corner that belonged to manufacturing. Taking care of a case with them has an uncomfortable feel. Since this is the case, I'm inclined to return it. *The belt is also a bit tight for the price. ****Caution not the quality you would expect for the price. There is a lot of force required to press the volume buttons due to the tightness of the case. There is a little flair to the rubber bumper around the front of the phone when compared to the hard plastic back because it fits tightly. That's probably because Apple provided them with the dimensions before the phone was released and thus the case was made based on those measurements. The lenses of the camera are not well protected by a lip.
In the past, I enjoyed using a symmetry case on my 11 Pro Max a lot! In addition, I hoped I would experience the same satisfaction when I received this case for my iPhone 12. I put it on after that. There is little to no movement when you press the buttons, though the device feels sturdy. It shouldn't be necessary to exert too much pressure just to turn my phone on or off or turn up or turn down the volume. For me, this is a huge disappointment. Moreover, the back has a texture, but it's still slightly slippery so your phone may slip out of your hand unless you are holding the phone with your pinky finger. I'm going to have to return this case. I regret having to do so.
Reviewing this only because I almost did not order due to the ones that almost deterred me from doing so. My gut told me to go with what I felt. Going back to my iPhone 3, I have used an Otterbox case on every phone I owned. My iPhone 6s recently upgraded to a 12 so I paired the case with protective glass as usual (I use the case with tempered glass too). read the reviews before purchasing the phone and was easily swayed by them to second guess a product and company that has supported me on numerous drops onto cement and asphalt, all without a single broken screen. I think it is kind of the point of the design that the case is snug, as everyone mentions it in these reviews. My 6s case is not more snug than this one and it is the best-fitting case I own. It was so easy that I forgot to put my SIM card in before I put my phone on, yet I was able to quickly pop it off and then put it back on without any trouble at all. do not listen to those negative reviews if you have half a brain, you will be able to put this case on without any problems. This product is the same quality I have come to expect from it over the past few.
Three OtterBox Symmetry cases later, I'm back with another one. The previous version I had was for my iPhone XS Max and iPhone X. This case has an amazing feel and look to it. The feel of this iPhone is so much better than that of a naked one that has a slippery feel. The problem is this. It actually does not feel as if there is a click when the upper volume button is There are no problems with the other buttons, so I will send this one back for As soon as I have updated, please let me know. I updated this on October 30. The second case I just received arrived. The volume button suffers from the same problem. There will be a retrial in this case. Having given up, I am done. It is not a good idea to try.
I believe it has much to do with how you handle an iPhone that will in large part determine what type of case is best An Otterbox 2-style case frame is a much better option for me, as the iPhone can cling to my hand when it is enclosed within it.
I used an Otterbox 2 for this purpose. For my iPhone X, I have the following parts The counter-top I was looking for had a harder plastic frame which was inset into a rubbery/gel outer frame that was perfect for me. Unfortunately, no matter how I looked, I couldn't find such a counter-top. This is an iPhone 12 Pro replacement part. Otterboxes tend to slip/glide out of your hand when they are held, and I have dropped my iPhone 12 Pro every time I used one. My skill set just isn't a match for this position.
From as long ago as I can remember, I used to get the Otterbox Symmetry. Using my iPhone 7 and XS when I had them was a great experience I never had a scratch or chip from a drop on the screen or camera area because the film adequately covered them. Despite all this, this new design is terrible. A flat face drop would probably push the case off rather than protect the screen because the sides barely go above the screen by 1mm. In the rear, the camera area appears to be almost at the same level as the chassis In the event of a flat drop to the back, the camera modules would almost certainly be damaged. In all honesty, I am no longer confident in the case's ability to protect my phone from a fall. I understand that the wide-angle camera and LIDAR sensor made these changes necessary at the rear, but frankly, I am not comfortable with the quality of the case.
The case is solid and protective, but it should be more flexible. In my opinion, the lens opening around the camera is not protected enough. A small ridge around the top of the lens might do the trick. It sits almost flush with the lens when it is as it is. It is understandable that some viewers don't like how smooth the case is, fearing they will lose control. In my search for a case that fit in pockets, I particularly looked for an easy-to-handle case. I struggled to put the Symmetry into my pocket because the case it replaces is so grippy. I also have a popped screen protector because the case lifts it up and prevents the new screen protector from staying in place. Generally speaking, the protection provided by this device is excellent.
It has been one of my last 4 iPhones that has been protected with this style, but for whatever reason the iPhone 12 Pro does not fit. It has a little loose fit around the buttons (you have to squeeze it very tightly when pressing the button), and the vibrate switch is very difficult to reach since the plastic is too high up. The size of my hands is by no means big My only regret is that I already threw out the packaging. I wish I could return the product for a refund. I bought my wife the Commuter series, which fits her.
