You can put it on your key ring, yes. The pin pierced my skin twice and broke off when it got caught in my jeans.
I don't know, I've got an iPhone. However, if it helps, the iPhone's hole is the size of a paper clip.
does the trick, but so does a filed-down paperclip, a thin sewing needle, and a slew of other household or office items.
It SHOULD work with any phone SIM tray that has a standard pinhole size. This should work if you use a paper clip to pop the Pixel 3 SIM tray open.

These were purchased to be kept in strategic locations (my wallet, backpack, and fanny pack). ), so I can use a pre-paid sim card in my iPhone or iPad when traveling internationally. I paid one in the country where I'll be traveling.
Pros: It worksbr> It's inexpensivebr>Cons: br> Horrible conclusion. The edges are uneven and rough. br> br> br> br> br> br br>Other considerations: br> I'm old school, and I prefer tools that are built to last a lifetime and are extremely precise; these are not those tools. I would have paid more if the quality had been better.
I didn't have to jiggle them or press too hard to get them to work. br>br>I received the same paperclip-like device with my new phone and tablet. I'd never had to remove, replace, or insert a SIM card because my phones were always delivered with the SIM already installed. In fact, the credit card-shaped piece of cardboard that held the SIM card looked like any other beige piece of paper, and I was about to toss it out with the boxes. br>br>However, even after I figured out who they were, the device they sent me to open the SIM trays didn't work. The phone carrier's customer service representative kept telling me to try it again until I became concerned that I would damage the device internally. Fortunately, my son advised me to place an order for these. They were successful on the first try. I put both SIM cards in and voila! br>Now it's time to complete the activation process. However, this was a significant advancement.
Couldn't you get the same results with a bent paperclip or needle? Maybe? BUT, what I liked about this tool is that it has a built-in handle (which you wouldn't get with a needle) and the point on the end is rounded off and blunt so it won't damage the SIM card (which you wouldn't get with a needle or paperclip). And for the price, I believe it is worthwhile to purchase this tool in order to save a SIM card.
Due to international travel, I have to change my SIM card several times per month, and this is so much easier than hunting around for a paperclip each time. Additionally, the Otterbox cover on my phone is nearly impossible to remove without a lot of effort and breaking of fingernails (much more difficult than previous models). The rounded flat end of the pins, on the other hand, is ideal for getting the Otterbox case clips to open, so the pin serves a dual purpose for me.
My original SIM card tray opener was stolen by my cat, so I bought these to replace it. These were effective, but only to a limited extent. Yes, you get ten of them, but they're extremely thin and easily bent or broken, and they're nearly impossible to open the tray with the Moto G5 Plus. I would not recommend this for the Moto G5 Plus, but rather the OEM tray opener.
Material that looks and feels like aluminum but costs less. The tray would not eject, and two out of ten of them would break if used. I'd give it a one-star rating for sturdiness if I had the option. I'm not returning them because they were only $5 for a pack of ten. I'll just have to mark this as a bad purchase; I won't buy it again, and I won't recommend it to anyone. Make use of a paperclip to keep your papers together. They are both less expensive and more effective.
I was able to save a significant amount of time as a result of your assistance. This is fantastic, and using it was a breeze. I've never used anything like this before, and I've never had to take out my SIM card. I had planned on going to a Mac store to have someone assist me with installing a new SIM card, but then I realized I could just buy one and do it myself. I saved myself a trip to the store and probably a lot of money, because those guys charge a lot for even the tiniest service, so a small tool like this is a lifesaver. It's wonderful that you've made it available. There are a lot of them in the bag; I only needed one, but hey, this way it won't get misplaced if I ever need it.
Every keychain should have one. When I need to remove my Micro SD card from my phone, I never seem to be able to locate the original factory push pin. So I bought a bunch of these to make sure they were on my work keys, home keys, family keys, and office desk. Everyone is now thanking me for being able to locate it quickly and without having to rummage through drawers and pen cups.
