This was ordered to use with his and hers keys, as well as the iPhone. It took an hour to talk to customer service after I failed valiantly to set up the app with the instructions. The situation remains unchanged. I am either unable to use them or the setup is too complicated for me. My background is in engineering, but I'm somewhat technologically savvy so I've been able to make stuff like this work in the past. Unsatisfactory.

The only thing I found out was that once you disconnect your phone, it's You won't be able to locate your key if you lose them in public and have no idea where to begin looking. I bought two packages since the reviews seemed to be good overall. The odds didn't seem too bad, so I knew I'd win. It didn't work from the very start! When I opened the first box, the second tracker I tried to program didn't work. Until today, all of the trackers appeared to work on the second box. It's been one day since. It had been missing one of our car keys, so I finally found it and was able to put it on a tracker that formerly As of right now, it isn't functioning at all. Neither my phone nor it will be able to locate it, and there will be no sound coming out of it. The other trackers will lose their charge soon, and they will brand new. Other than that, all the other six still work well. This feature is awesome. I love the fact that you can name and take pictures of each key as each key has a different house key assigned to it to help keep track.

When it rings your tile that's attached to your keys, it shows you where it is if they are not in a place where they can ring. This is a very useful feature! It is possible to double tap the middle button on the tile to make it ring your phone if you misplace it! This is such an amazing product and I have been thinking about hooking them up all over my home! This scatter brain of mine is driving me crazy.
