It works for my son's iPhone 8, which he has. All "blocks," as far as I know, are universal; the charging cord varies by phone. On both Mac and Android, the USB part that goes into the block is the same.

I got 4 for $15, which was less expensive than any of the nearby discount stores. When I received these chargers, I tested them with a USB Tester and discovered that they put out 5. 16V when no load is applied, and 4V when the load is applied. With a 2A load, the voltage drops to 82V, and the current drops to 3. I got 21V from a single port with a 3A load, but only 2V when I used both ports at the same time. One port receives 03A, while the other receives 0. 62A on the other hand. The chargers state explicitly that they provide 5V and 2A. 1A TOTAL, indicating that the capacity was met. I plugged an iPad into each port and discovered that it could only charge one at a time, with the other iPad displaying the message "Not Charging. " I charged both the FitBit and the iPad by plugging them in together. I think this was a good deal for the money, and the specifications were accurate.
Given how everything is switching to USB powered, we can never have enough of these, because we seem to lose them all the time! br>1) It charges things "quickly" with its 2Abr>2) It does not get "hot" like some others in my testing, but YMMV!.
1 amps. These were purchased under the impression that there would be two of them. 1 amp. When I use the fast charge OEM charger with my Motorola Droid, it says "Turbo Charge connected. " This does not elicit the same response. I can only assume that these chargers have a 1 amp output. It's not worth it to send it back. Solid construction, two jacks, four chargers, and a reasonable price. only not number two On USB, there is a 1 amp output.
These appear to be attractive on the surface, but when you plug them in, they emit a loud ultra-sharp sound. high- Like a dentist's drill or an ultrasonic rodent control device, with a pitch squealing sound similar to the annoying Sound Grenade phone app. I purchased several of these chargers, and each one makes a screeching noise while charging. If you're over the age of fifty and don't have a good high-speed internet connection, If you have a wide range of hearing or live in a house with rodents, this is a good value for money.
I wasn't sure if I'd like them because they were such a good price, and usually if you want a charger/block that's worth anything, it's very expensive. These charge quickly, and the two ports are very useful. The usb fits snugly enough that you can't easily pull your cord out of the port, so you won't have to worry about ripping your cord out of the block while lying in bed at night, lol. They also don't get as hot as some other blocks, which I appreciate because I have a mobile toddler who is fascinated by everything she sees. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase of these blocks, and I'll be purchasing more in the future! 😊.
These charges came in a four-pack. They were absolutely awful. First, I couldn't charge two items in one plug at the same time because the first would stop charging whenever I plugged in the second. Second, this plug became extremely hot when I left it plugged in. I assumed one of the plugs was defective, but it happened again with a second plug. DO NOT BUY THESE AS THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE, GET VERY HOT, AND MAY BE A FIRE HAZARD.
I immediately stopped using them and will send them back.
I've purchased six others before this one, and they're all identical. They burn out, and even those made by APPLE eventually stop charging. The plug is always the one that burns out, not the cable.
