As for a console app, I don't use one, but the remote that comes with it allows you to access the menu and control exposure and focus manually or in various ways automatically.
In the current version, we don't have an app for tablets that allows remote control over IP.
It is possible to access 255 presets, but the remote provided only lets you access The preset drop-down button in the panel lets you choose from all 255 presets if you are using a browser IP connection to control the camera. Presets seem to be controlled by a serial connection, but I don't know how that works.
In order to correct this problem, a new version of firmware was recently released. For the firmware files, please go to the products' pages on our site and click the download link there.

You won't believe what this camera can do! This PTZ camera is everything you could ever ask for in a PTZ. The remote control allows for full control and the video is full HD 1080p.
Due to the COVID-compatibility of this item, it was purchased by our church for live streaming I am impressed with the camera's performance It is extremely easy to use, the quality is awesome, and it is set up quickly. I will be posting an August 2020 update in August 2020. Purchasing three of these cameras for our sanctuary was a great decision! It went well - there was no complaint I am very satisfied with them. Two of our POE points ended up having to be replaced. It is still a highly recommended camera! The results were excellent at a great.
There is only one camera in the streaming system at our church. Approximately 48 feet from the stage, it is installed. When lit up by average to bright light it works well, but if the room is darkened it doesn't work as well. A great way to zoom in and out is to zoom in and out. It is likely that we will have to get another camera if we need it. The wall bracket has been used as recommended and there have been no problems during In selecting this camera, attention was primarily focused on its three video connections and its PTZ capabilities. Easy connection to an ATEM Mini Pro is made with the HDMI connection. In the future, the Ethernet connection may be used, as opposed to the serial connection. You've done a great job!.
Generally, we are pleased with the picture quality provided by this camera. It has poor audio input/throughput to HDMI, however, so keep that in mind if you plan to live stream. This is even admitted by their own customer service reps, who recommend that you must use a separate audio input on your streaming device. The remote is infrared, not radio signal-controlled, so it must be pointed at the front of the camera In this instance, the camera is mounted in the balcony of a church with the remote in the balcony, so it had to be mounted sideways, and the user of the remote had to stand on the side where the camera is mounted. If you're willing to spend some time on it, it is possible to clip a small mirror to reflect the infrared signal.
This camera is very impressive in terms of optics, especially for the price. Once I figured out how to connect it It's meant to be used on their website, don't try it in the manual). It may be 'compatible' with Zoom, but that does not mean it can be accessed through A beautiful piece of gear when used as a still camera (or if controlled by a remote). Can it be used as a remote PTZ camera using Not at all. This is truly disappointing.
The gear you've chosen is very nice. We bought this for the church so that we can stream live services. I am impressed so far with what I have seen so far, even though we are not up and running yet.
I've tried several PTZ cameras and this one produces great pictures and the zoom is smooth, not jerky like they are on other models.
I've been using it successfully for years. There is nothing wrong with the picture. Even when I zoom in, it keeps a good picture. The only downside I have found is that when you switch between preset spots, the screen moves at such a fast speed that it almost hurts your However, if I do it manually, I will go slowly to make sure the transition goes smoothly.
