The Adapter Camera Mount piece, which is required to connect all of these gadgets to the camera's base, is not included in these packages. So, unless you already own an "Adapter Camera Mount," which is a 1/4 inch bolt that fits into the bottom of the camera, you won't be able to use anything in the package (aside from the selfie stick and tripod). This can be very disappointing for the eager action photographer who has been looking forward to all of these cool accessories. He must now return to the well in order to locate and order one more item, the 'Adapter Camera Mount. '.
So pleased with this purchase; I own a few action cameras and have purchased bundle packs in the past, and this one is by far the best; it includes everything shown in the video, as well as a large and durable case to store it all in. I was not expecting such high quality materials and options for that price, and I highly recommend this product to anyone who owns an action camera!.
The kit arrived quickly and appears to include all of the items that were advertised as being compatible with our GoPro Hero 2018. The 360o wrist mount appears to be much better than a similar item in a previous kit I bought and returned because the carry case's handle was broken when it arrived. I would have preferred a flexible tripod to be included, but I'll buy one separately. Aside from that, the kit appears to offer plenty of versatility for the average entry-level user. br>br>The case is the only real issue I have with it. I'm not a fan of the idea of putting something hard in the webbed pocket on the "top" of the case and then closing it down on top of my camera lens or screen, regardless of which seller sells them. If something heavy is placed on the case while the camera is inside, it seems like it's begging to break one or the other, so I'd advise caution when choosing what goes "above" your camera, as well as extra caution when transporting the camera in the case. It's better than nothing, but I'm thinking about adding some padding to the inside of the webbing to give the camera a little more protection. If you plan on doing a lot of traveling with this and transporting your camera in it, I'd recommend getting a different case and only using this to transport the accessories. Overall, you can't really criticize the kit too much for the price when compared to GoPro brand equipment. Similar equipment from GoPro would set you back hundreds of dollars. I'm sure there's a reason it's so expensive, but I don't think it's necessary for the average family vacation. The price-to-value ratio appears to be favorable. To begin with, I'm not going to put my expensive camera in the hands of a cheap mount. There will be safeguards in place. As we bought it for a ski trip, we'll see how the plastic pieces hold up in cold weather to some bumps. While we will take the case for the accessories, I believe I will carry the camera in my coat pocket. It's small enough that I'll feel better about it, and we'll have it on hand in case we need it.
With that comes the inevitability of low-cost goods. One of the items was already broken when I opened the package. The long extension arm's attachment point is cracked; perhaps I can reassemble it with glue. The mono/selfie pole, on the other hand, is a different story altogether. It rotates in response to the camera's weight. As a result, I am unable to use it in any way because the camera rotates down, making it impossible for me to get the shot I desire. Another flaw is that the float includes a wrist lanyard, but there is no way to attach it. I'm hoping I don't drop it and it floats to the surface while I'm driving, because that would be terrible. Also, the lanyard was glued together incorrectly, causing it to twist constantly. It reminds me of a seat belt that has been installed incorrectly and will never lay flat. To be clear, I have yet to use any of the items to film with. As a result, their long-term usability isn't even taken into account in this evaluation.
I'm not sure I could get all of this for $19. Despite the fact that it's 99, it's finally here. The cap clamp and wrist holder are two of my favorites. I have a four-year-old daughter. I have a wheel cart that I use to get around campgrounds, and it jerks a lot because of all the gravel they put down to keep the rain off the roads, hence the wrist cam holder. I can steer with one hand while holding the wrist cam with the other, which is much more stable than the chest or cap mounts. I'm looking forward to getting out on the lake with all of my belongings. This is fantastic.
☺. The yellow float feels a little flimsy, and the selfie stick folds up to 8 1/2 inches and extends to 39 inches. br>The bag feels cheap (it's all made in China)br>Comes with 3 gopro screws, a yellow float, an instruction manual, a selfie stick, a chest strap, a head strap, a wrist strap, a tripod, a bag, 10 sticky pads, 5 head, wrist, and chest attachments, a blue float strap, 4 sticky pad attachments, and a camera clip. br>Every attachment, screw, and strap is of excellent quality! br>However, the float, tripod, bag, selfie stick, and float strap are all flimsy and inexpensive (although they do the job). br>Note: The tripod leg detachment occurred, but it was quickly reattached.
This item was shipped and delivered on time, and it arrived in perfect condition, with all of the pieces listed. I like all of the extras it came with, including a nice large case and two orange bags so you don't have to carry the attachments you won't need on your trip. This is a significant improvement over my Fitfort camera.
It will undoubtedly enable me to accomplish a great deal with my action camera. The only issue I have with this kit is that the instructions, descriptions, and uses for the items are all severely lacking. So, if you're not good at figuring things out, you might want to look for something that comes with adequate documentation or, at the very least, a link to a good description of the various items and how to use them.
