It has some quirks that waste paper and needs to be jumped to begin. I have had this product for a few days now and used it several However, there are some barriers to getting through. It is fairly simple to set up. I found it somewhat anticlimactic that it had to be charged out of the box. In the end, the fact that the printing itself was so high-quality made me leave a review. In trying to print a photo of my kids, I came out with an extremely zoomed in photo that didn't even show the actual subject. Since I was afraid of wasting my photo paper, I had to do it a second time and choose a different image. I don't know why it uses regular paper since it's not like the other stuff. I may update my review if customer service reaches out or if I figure out what's going on. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Ensure the subject is dead center and the image is in the orientation that you wish to print in if you are wanting to print a portrait, make sure that it is in portrait orientation. The landscape image should be a landscape. Edit *br*br I've officially passed the return period and I wish I had returned it instead because the device is meant to be portable, but it is in need of a "jump" every time it is used, since it doesn't turn on without plugged in! The kit is very frustrating since I thought I would be able to carry it in my pencil case for journaling whenever I am at home, but I can't do that. This is a first world problem BUT it defeats the purpose of the product. It prints 100 or so stickers of perfect quality, then they start appearing with white lines. I've had a few of them, diff kinds, the throst was the best but now the image of the girl has weak spots of ink on it. This picture is in hd, but it appears to be unstable with white steaks and unsteady printing.

There is a printer connected, but the app never even detects that I have it. What the hell

Resolved. My phone app had to be updated, so I updated it on my printer, and now I'm able to connect. I love the tiny pictures too! I love having physical pictures around my house, regardless of how small they may be. As for the quality, it is also pretty good.
