The pictures are for family gifts, so I ordered 20 packs to give them as gifts. By selecting the 6x9 photo size in the size box, I noticed that the description box reads "Fits photos that are 6x9 in size". The label on the frame says 6x9, but that is misleading because there is absolutely no way a 6x9 photo will fit in that frame. Openings are limited to 5 if there is only one available. Five by eight. Please do not lie to us and claim it is for 6x9 photos! For 5, here are the answers. Five by eight. I have 5 images (which is not at all the standard size of a photo print). I suggest that you update your description to reflect the current situation. Due to the lack of replacements which are on their way in January, photos will need to be inserted, and the items will have to be mailed separately. I lost 10 gifts this Christmas. Clearly telling people the truth isn't hard simply explaining that this is not for 6x9 photos and that you will have to physically CRACK your 6x9 photos down in order to fit them in this system isn't that hard. Despite the name, this mat is only good for a 5x7 photo. If you use a 6x9 photo, you'd have to tape it to the back of the mat or something since the cut out is really only there for 5x7 photos. Five by eight. A total of 5 prints were produced. There is no reason for this. Having to cut your art down would be fine, as long as they didn't force you to do so. The app may make sense for people who are not concerned about the shape of their images and just wish to have a basic subject matter somewhere loosely in the middle, and are not concerned about cutting part of their image off.

Not happy at all! I was disappointed that these did not come with the mat boards already attached to the frames as was shown in the picture when I ordered them! A total of four additional 8 x 10 mats with 5 x 7 opening boards were also installed. What you see in the picture is what was in the frames! It was unnecessary for me to order four more Matt boards of the same size. What I wanted was different from what I got. As for the various modifications that came with these, I read the reviews, but chose to proceed beyond a few of them since this is what I use professionally. As far as I know, I already have some 4 x 6 but when you order over the internet, you expect it to be what it looks like in the picture.
Well, it's your call whether to buy or not.

In spite of the fact that the Mat Board arrived in an undamaged box, when they were taken out they were bent at the corners. I reordered them and they came the same way I ordered them the first time. Additionally, it is not up to the quality level that I expected, a little thinner than I.

Depending on how much you pay, you might get what you expect, and these are perfectly straight, unlike the cheaper ones I have had in the past. This is an excellent product. I highly recommend it.

I thought there would be a backing board for $30, which was rather pricey for just the matte board. It is important to read the description carefully, as 00 missed a few points.
