It has a noticeable grain, but is otherwise decent. There is decent saturation in the colors but not the best. Colorplus 200 is my favorite for that purpose. The photos in certain cases can appear highly saturated, clear, almost as if they're It is very beautiful to see the grain at those moments. It is difficult to photograph at night. Compared to underexposed images, this film is ideal for bright overcast days and is soft in sunny weather. It can be used in overexposure but not in Due to this, this needs to be rated at ISO200, and I suggest exposing Consider increasing your aperture 5 stops if you are going to be shooting in the shade (add one stop over exposure). I assure you, it works The perfect introduction to the game. In a similar manner to what Kodak gold used to be, I view this film as excellent for capturing family events and moments.
It arrived just a few days ahead of schedule. This was the first Kodak film I had ever tried. (Yay for Prime!)
I've been very impressed by many other Kodak films, but would not recommend this My background is in 35mm film. I've been shooting films for nearly 7 years and understand the diverse range of films. I don't even know where to begin with this film. It's so This was the perfect way to catch this set that was already saturated. Although there is grain on these photos, it isn't overwhelming, and I actually enjoy the vintage aesthetic it lends. 400 ISO film provides the kind of image you would expect from it. In addition to the great prices, the quality of the product is outstanding. As for the film, I'm happy I bought it in a hurry, and I plan to use it quite frequently in the future!.
In addition to being well packaged, the film is valid through In the late 90's, I used to work in a photo lab, and totally forgot that when you rewind the film to use again later is swapping out film types, the end gets pulled into the canister, and you have to fish it out with this little plastic tool.
There is a lot to like in this movie. These photos have an old time feel to them because of the effect. Always make sure your intended use fits the equipment, but on a side note, I feel like it gives my photographs a feeling of the old west when I do outdoor photography. I have a Pentax MX and it works great. The Canon D70 isn't so great for indoor photography, and I prefer the 800 for that, but I recommend it for outdoor photography if you want a vintage look. As well, I'll do the 800 if I am doing an outdoor project involving animals. Terrain is the best use for the 400.
The camera came in four boxes instead of one as shown in the picture, but that doesn't matter to me because I can take it right out of the box into the camera bag. My area is hard pressed to find this film of such high quality. Photographing motorsports events is what I do, and it has the speed and clarity that I need.
I received an email from Life Deals regarding my missed roll, and they handled the matter quickly. It would have been nice if I had the roll since I love this film, but I am okay with the way the company handled it. I was originally a fan of The film I ordered was Kodak Ultramax 400 speed 35mm 36 exposure film, but it came in a pack of three. I'm pleased with the delivery time, but I'm really in need of the other roll that I ordered.
My experience with Kodak has been over 50 years, and I have always trusted the colors they produce to be realistic. The fact that film has a broader dynamic range than my digital cameras appeals to me. I have many good film cameras as well as many very good digital Having grown up in Vermont, I've taken a lot of scenic pictures and want to keep them. In addition, with the additional expense of processing, I find that $12 for a roll of film is unacceptably expensive. It is vital to choose a film processor who is competent for producing excellent photographs.
Based on this film in a 39-minute format The year is It was a Olympus OM-D My camera enabled me to take (forbidden) photos in the Hayden Planetarium's darkened, pitch black interior. In the days before 9/11, I used the same Kodak 400 film to take pictures of the Statue of Liberty from the South Tower. This is the perfect film for anyone on a budget As well as handling daylight very well, it also handles low light conditions.
