Seeing the rings and the space between them and the planet, u can see that the rings separate them from the Jupiter's colors can also be seen, as well as those of its four I like the scope of the project. Getting the 150mm will be worth your money if you have it. There is a 130mm in my possession. The music is wonderful, and I love listening to I also have a full aperture solar filter and am able to see sun spots when I have also taken pictures of them. Likewise, I upgraded my finder scope to a 9x50 and am happy with it. We hope you have a good time.

In short, yes. I like the tracking function because you can watch the same object move through the sky while you're watched. The system is intuitive. She will need some assistance at first, but the best part is watching the object moving through the sky as it goes. Your daughter will love it if you use the extension cord and switch to a power adapter. Good luck to both of you!

Thanks so much for sharing! We are still figuring out how it works, but I'm glad it was even better than I thought it would be! My boyfriend loves it, it's his birthday gift.
The things I see seem very small because I need a larger lens.
The scope of the project is outstanding.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this equipment at the price point. The more accurate your telescope, and the more accurate your map of the constellations and planets, the more exciting this is to look at.
One of the parts I mentioned in my first review of this scope was damaged when I first received it in the mail. It came with a finder scope that I couldn't see through because it was too close to the tub, so I went out and bought one that did work. Upon further reading, I have found the fact that I could not view what I wanted to see in space was not mentioned in the advertisement for Orion. It was then tougher to view the mountains around here with it, other than everything is upside down. I finally bought a tripod attachment to rectify the issue, but now I can no longer focus to see what I was seeing.
