A different experience than I was expecting

Upon my first glance, I noticed it was very light in weight and looked very user-friendly. Following that disappointment, a succession of others followed. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the eye covers are so loose that they can fall There are only so many adjustments you can make to your vision. A video camera, though cool, had a distorted picture. The ties are loose and do not hold the ties firmly in place. You cannot hold them with just one hand. It also failed to have a strap. In summary, I am not pleased with how things turned out.

I was surprised at the price difference, but the SD card that was included and free was missing when they arrived. I tried to clarify my order with customer service, but they failed to get it straightened out, but so far I am happy with the binoculars.
