I would like to point out that this bag has 26 interior dimensions according to its specifications. A 5-inch by 15-inch sheet A 19-inch diameter. Obviously a folded tripod could put some stuff in the bag, because it is rated for a 27" tripod folded. It's hard to say for sure whether this would work, but we feel that it might.
