I replaced the battery after it died. It was impossible to turn off the light. Pairing became impossible as a result of this.
It's fantastic.
a more premium build would be nice. I've had Bluetooth receivers in the past that either used watch batteries or I'd lose because they were stand-alone and inconvenient to use. The fact that it is rechargeable adds to the appeal of this design. One disadvantage is that it uses micro USB; by 2021, I expect USB C to replace micro USB. With the help of a rubber ring, this can be worn on your finger comfortably. Plastic makes up the entire top section. It would have been nice if it had a silicone rubber finish to match the band, but it does feel a little cheap because it's plastic. It connected quickly to my iPhone 12 Pro, but unlike other Bluetooth devices, you can't change the name. It's referred to as a camera remote control. br> There's also no BT icon to show you how much battery power you've got left. On the ring, there is a single LED light that flashes when the device is turned on and off, and turns red when the battery is charged or low. br>It feels great in the hand and is simple to operate, with the button right at your fingertips. When I'm using a selfie stick and the camera isn't close by, I use this. . . . I can extend the camera and control it completely with my fingers. br>Easy to use, with a simple design. br>I'm hoping they expand on this concept with a more premium design and perhaps a battery indicator. br>To see it in action, watch the video.
For me, it works like a charm. Now I'm hoping I'll remember to bring it with me.
