How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

It is the only microphone on the planet with a stepped gain adjustment knob the V-Mic D3 Pro features a stepless +20dB analog Approximately one-quarter of the dial on the V-Mic D3 Pro is protected by a bump guard in order to prevent it from accidentally rotating. +20dB of gain can be set on a linear scale, so you can dial in the exact amount of gain required for a particular shot etc.
Broadcast quality sound Off-axis sound that can be heard clearly.
This Smart 3 is intended for consumers. The V-Mic D3 Pros switchable output of 5mm TRS/TRRS technology makes the audio interface compatible with DSLRs, Camcorders, Smartphones, Handy Recorders, Laptops, Bodypack Transmitters, and Tablets right out of the box. It is important to note that some iOS devices require Apple's Lightning Adapter for 3.5 mm headphone jack (Not Included).
Unlike switches that are sunken into the frame and are hard to access, the D3 Pro has a single knob on top that can handle both 75Hz and 150Hz low cut filters. This low cut mic is ready for even the windiest of days with three levels of low cut
Intelligent Power On/Off The D3 Pro switches from Stand-By mode to Run mode once you have installed the battery, and it automatically switches to the Run mode once you have started the camera or device. If the recording device is not plugged in, the D3 pro will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of standby to save energy

For the price, this is an incredible microphone
5/5

This mic sometimes creates incredibly loud radio frequency that gets baked into the audio after being used for a while with the GH5, GH5s, and the iPhone x, xs, and 11. When this happens, the audio is destroyed completely. I have no idea why this occurs or what causes it. The Rode is a great mic when it doesn't generate feedback, but if you don't have the capability of monitoring your mic input, you'd be better off with the Shure. The last time I used a Rode mic, there were no issues at all and that is why I only use this with my GH5 now when I can use headphones so the audio isn't being destroyed. It just arrived last week, and I've been using it with the GH5 / GH5S. In comparison to the Rode videomic pro+ that I've been using for the past year or so, this mic is an incredible value. In order to keep pace with Deity's V-Series microphones, Rode will have to either drop the price of their mic by $150 or come up with something new. I am using a D3 Pro mic.

What you get is a great case for the thing. It would appear to cost over $20 to purchase it The RS232 converter also comes with a TRRS to TRRS cable and a USB-to-RS232 converter A charge cable for the USB-C port. You may want to consider picking this instead of the Rode Videomic Pro+ if you are looking at purchasing this product. The mic D3 pro has a 100% zero-question rate.

It has been used very little and cannot be charged
5/5

THE UPDATE IS My current replacement has been with me for a good half a year now- I don't know, it's been a year? That's exactly what it has been for a year now. I am stunned. In any case, this one does not share the same issue, and it charges and works fine every time. I've worked with it on a couple of projects and I'm satisfied If the replacement came with a windsock but the first one did not, perhaps the first one was not I don't know. However, I think this is a good I appreciate it. The original
On 9/21/19, I ordered the D3 Pro mic and have only used it a few times in my apartment on simple videos, mostly as a test to see if it worked well together with other new gear. In my opinion, I have hooked it up three or four times. I haven't been on the site in over a month. I found it to work just fine with my Sony a6400 and I didn't notice any problems at all. It is much better sounding than it was before, and I like how it looks too. Today was only the 4th time I hooked it up in my life.
I have actually planned and even written an official video to film today, but as they say, bad things happen to good plans. I get out the camera and set up on tripod, and then the D3 Pro just dies. I plugged it into my phone for over an hour, so I don't see what it means. Once I unplug it, it's dead and I can't get it to work again. My attempts to repeat those steps have yielded no results. There's no way I can fix this. I guess I won't be able to film anything today because my new $200 product has a battery that didn't last even an hour. My point is that I understand how the battery slowly drains itself out, not what you're doing. It might have been better to go with the half The D3 mic's battery was only $100, so I decided to replace it with the inexpensive option. This madness is getting to me It really makes me hope it is just a super rare defect because after spending 47 minutes on the phone with Amazon I've decided that this is a one-off purchase I appreciate you making the time exception and replacing my watch. It's really scary to think what the next one will be like. In light of this, I don't know how I feel. All the way until this little incident with the battery, I had no problem with the mic. Does anyone else have an experience similar to this?.

There are a number of online resources that can be useful This is the microphone I got for my Panasonic GH5 and I've seen many YouTube reviews of it. who has used it says it's awesome, and its closest competitor is the Rode VideoMic Pro Plus, which costs The device has an internal battery that can be charged with a USB cable The mic has a C cable (included) and a battery that operates for over 50 hours. The mic has a stepless gain dial to achieve exactly the levels you want, and has a high-quality 88. 4 MHz crystal. The test passes/lows There are two frequency options for the cut button 75 Hz and 150 Hz. This Rycote Duo-based system is designed for A shock to the lyre Including the mount and the An amazing online shopping experience is just a 5mm connector cable away For more information, I suggest you visit the Deity Microphones website , and I will also add this make sure to buy the Deity V2. It comes with the mic as well as the Rycote Duo - be sure to pick up this kit if you want a result like that A shock to the lyre It is mounted on a pistol grip, and the D-size comes out of the center Phantom power set to 3 XLR There are 3 volts.
