As a result, I needed a new collar to be able to sell my PZ, and this was an aftermarket option I could choose from, as I feel the original is quite costly. My first and foremost impression is the high quality of the construction. As a lens support, it is made of solid, hefty metal, which makes you feel at ease carrying it. The fit and finish of that did not seem to be a problem after I did not mount it. In light of how expensive this item is, and how few options are available for this part versus some of the g-master lenses, for example, I would have been happy with a lot less. This is a strong buy if you need this and do not want to spend a lot of money on the original part, especially if you do not want to keep it "all original. ".

The cap is the right size for my lens. This is a cheaper alternative to Sony's brand and is equally as capable of holding a huge zoom lens. Sony 28mm f/3. 5 G is the camera I have A height of 135mm and a perfect fit.

As far as I can tell, everything is going well. So far I have only used it a few times, but I believe it is doing what it is supposed to do.

The generic Chinese product arrived to me in California after a long voyage across the Pacific Ocean, but I am very satisfied with the quality of the generic no-brand product. It has a solid clasp. It is of such high quality that you could expect to see a name brand on it or for it to be sold under a name brand. One of the main reasons I purchased this was to have a more compact foot (the bottom of the foot exactly fits the top, width, and length of my short Manfrotto plate), and I expected a more solid clamp from it. Despite being mounted and clamped on a tripod, the OEM version has a loose fit, which means the lens can rotate. China's version is not prone to such problems, and the fit and finish will not scratch or harm the expensive finish of your lens. This is a pleasant surprise for me.
