It was hard for me to remove the rear cap of my Nikon D3200 as well because I turned it the wrong way when I first got it. When holding the lens in your hand with the front facing down, you will need to turn the cap to the right (clockwise) to remove it and to the left (counterclockwise) to tighten it.
Though I don't own this 55-inch TV, I've always wanted one As this cap fits all Nikkor bayonet lenses used in either film or digital cameras with a 35mm format, it should fit the Nikkor 200mm telephoto zoom.
The Nikon DSLR lens adapter will work on all Nikon lenses.

For example, if you bought a Nikon lens that came with only a simple semi-fixed filter There's a twist on mount on this cap just as there is a twist on mount on the lens. The feel of high quality and the protection that it provides for your expensive lenses are worth it.
I love the quality of the fabric and it fits perfectly. Since many of the new lenses Nikon is selling do not come with this screw-on cap, I found these to be a good alternative. In place of that, they send new lenses with a white plastic cap included with the lens which does very little to protect the connection between the lens and the mount. You should probably buy more of these caps to have a spare in case you drop it somewhere and lose it, or to have on hand for new lenses you purchase in the future. I strongly recommend you buy a few for spares just in case.
My solution to STUCK CAP was If you're having issues, try these steps As I turned the stuck cap clockwise (when I was facing away from the lens), I slowly rotated the zoom cannon to different positions. There was a "pop" as the cap came Turning it with a lighter grip or gentler grip may have made the difference. Nonetheless, I did place a rubber band on the cap (as others urged me to do on youtube). The lens was stuck both from myself and from a muscle man, so I tried unscrewing it with no luck! Earlier the same day, I tried the following. A semi-marathon was run by me My first attempt was to use an olive oil-soaked ear swab along the seams of the cap and lens, but I never got some improvement (I later learned that the thread is in the middle, not in the outer area, so the oil trick was useless). It was suggested on one of the sites that metal expands and stuff like that, so I briefly run the blow dryer on high to heat up the rim.
I prefer this version to Nikon's older caps, but some of the older designs are okay as well. The price on this single cap was decent enough to pay just a bit more for quality, since I haven't had any luck with 3rd party options so far. I got my actual one here in a plastic bag, and it.
There were four LFs in total The following is a summary of 4 caps. I have also added the original LF- 4 As a start, let me introduce you to The grip on the LF- is much easier than the one on the LF4 On the outside, the thicker and longer ribs and the matted finish of the plastic allow them to stand out from the rest. These two factors make it easier for "on-the-job" workers During lens changes, particularlly if your hands are somewhat damp, you might find that you have to "on and off" the lens several times. In addition to the flange, this lens has a wide rear segment that covers much of the rear of the lens. There seems to be a higher chance of getting more weather-related information from this The aluminum is less likely to be exposed to the environment as a result of a tight seal. In regard to the precision of that fit between the LF-85 lens and the LF-85 mount, It would seem that this is the same as LF-4 Although, with the improved grip, it may be possible to tighten it down more to the lens body, especially since removal is made My understanding of the LF is that It seems that the LF-4 would have a more pliable impact response than the original This device is made from plastic, because it uses that type of material in Nonetheless, this is only a subjective view based on feel alone, and it could merely be an illusion of the reality. My LF-flip caps have worked for some time on several different lenses. I'm replacing all my LF-flip caps soon, after using them for some time on various lenses You may not find this cap useful for every lens, or even for every type of lens. In the end though, the added "sense" of security is what has convinced me to.
It is original Nikon, so it Nikon lens caps that are aftermarket or false should be avoided. Some of their performances are not as good as others.
