It includes everything you'll need to set up studio lighting in your own home. I make instructional videos as well as still life and product photography. All of the components, including the ring light, tripod, mounts, light remote, and shutter remote, are of high quality and work together seamlessly. I like how easy it is to use both the shutter and light remotes at the same time, and how the different types of light give the video or photographs a completely different feel, as you can see in the examples above. It was used in videos, video reviews, and still life photography. I'd like to use it to take portraits of my grandchildren in the studio. The quality, as well as the ease of use, are excellent.

The light is bright and pleasant, but it comes with a long list of drawbacks.

- The small knobs that are supposed to control brightness and color temperature work some of the time, but not all of the time. In either direction, there are no "stops. " Even though the light level and color temperatures are finite, you can keep turning them indefinitely. br>- The stand that comes with it is a TOTAL JOKE! The stand will not stay upright unless the light ring is installed in a vertical position! The stand will topple over if it is tilted more than about 15 degrees. When you add a camera to the mix, the tilt is reduced to about 5 degrees or less before the stand collapses.
- Because of the cheap/lightweight construction, any photos taken with a camera mounted to this light right are at best frustrating, as the entire thing shakes and sways when you manually press the camera shutter button. As a result, the image is fuzzier or out of focus.
- The USB on the one I got doesn't work or function. br>br> I had to design/build my own stand that is heavy enough to hold the light ring and camera without tipping over, and that allows me to manually press the shutter without swaying or vibrating. br> Basically, I paid for a complete light right system and stand, but all I got was a half-usable light right, which required me to spend additional time, money, and materials to build a stand to support it. br>THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT! AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT ON IT!.

My review is currently being edited. This is what I wrote at the start: br>When I got it on 3/27/21, I tried it out and looked at the settings for a few minutes. I only left the light on for a few minutes before packing it away until I was ready to film with it. Today was going to be a filming day for me. I'd turned on the light and sat down to begin filming when the light began to crackle and sizzle. Then it went up in flames. It broke after I hadn't used it for more than 10 minutes! br>Edited on July 13, 21 - I thought I was out of luck because I used it for filming after the product return period had expired, and it had broken. However, after reading my review, a customer service representative contacted me. He proposed a refund or a replacement for the light. I requested a substitution. It was delivered to me in a hurry. I put the light to the test. It was a total success. I had it on for more than 30 minutes. I'm very pleased with the ring light because it makes no electronic sizzling noise. And I'm grateful to Kevin (the customer service representative) for helping me resolve the problem.

It's extremely light, and it comes with a handy travel bag. I like how you can change the color temperature from warm to cool and adjust the brightness all from the remote control. The USB ports are extremely useful, as they enable me to charge my phone and camera while still using the light. I also like that this light includes phone and camera holders, whereas most similar lights only have phone holders! It was well worth the money!.

  Ring light is fantastic! I needed a ring light for taking videos, and this one met my requirements, improving the overall quality of my videos and photos. When I'm doing my makeup, I like to turn on the light as well. The brightness is adequate for almost all purposes, and the adjustable level is an attractive feature. The light's color can also be changed, with white, warm, and yellow options available. The brightness and color of the light can also be controlled by the remote. The tripod can also be adjusted, is stable, and is simple to put together. More importantly, it is backed by a lengthy warranty.

For myself and my wife, I bought this for Zoom and video conferencing meetings. Because of Covid, we're both working from home. br>This light was perfect for what I needed. br>18" in diameter, with a phone/camera mount in the middle. br>This light is bright, has a variety of color temperature options (I look better in cooler light, my wife in warmer light), and the LEDs are uniform (as seen in the photos). br>I like how simple it is to set up, the carrying/storage nylon zipper bag, and, most importantly, the two USB ports on the back of the unit - They make it very simple to charge your phone during long video calls. br>It's a fantastic product: it's inexpensive, well-made, simple to put together, and simple to use. br>I enthusiastically endorse it.

I purchased this after making the mistake of purchasing a ten-inch ring light. My retina was burned to a crisp by the 10" light. I was unable to look the camera in the eyes. But with this light, I can see into the camera, and I love that it comes with a remote that I can use while standing at my marker. There are three temperature options. It would have been nice to have more, but it's fine because I just use the natural light setting, which can be adjusted to be a little cooler or warmer (in terms of color). Another advantage is that I can connect another phone to it if I want to use it as a prompter. I'm not sure what I'm saying. That aspect has eluded me so far. It was awkward at first, but I suppose it's good that I had something to work with. So far, it's been an excellent purchase.
