Questions & Answers

What are the proportions of the Stofen diffusor that will fit the Canon 580 EX ?

I would like to know what the I would like to know what the Fen light fixtures work well in small rooms when you want shadowless or barebulb style

Can this be used with a Canon EOS Is that okay?

There won't be a direct shot at the camera here. Speedlite RT itself that is attached to the hotshoe of your camera. You should NOT use this on your 60D or any camera for that matter since it is not designed for built-in pop up flashes. It can only be used with the Canon 600 EX A speedlite that is made for the RT speedlite is the camera you must possess in order to use the diffuser.

How can you properly expose a photo when using this feature? Do you need to increase the flash power to do so?

I believe so, as well as possibly no. As a result of When you put the fen in the place, you lose two There are several lights at each stop. If your flash is set to TTL while you're shooting in aperture or shutter priority then you cannot use them. The flash will output a pulse of 1/10 power a few milliseconds before the actual shot takes place. It will measure the return light from the pulse and calculate how much light should be sent to the sensor to properly expose the photograph. Now the flash is reset to its original level and a new It only takes a couple of milliseconds to go through a whole process like this. As noted above, the metering process is the same as the above one, except that it is different. By telling the flash "this is the aperture and this is the shutter speed," you have now instructed it. *br> *br>If you are doing everything in manual (the flash and camera), then yes, you will need at least 2 stops. The number of light stops. Use the manufacturer's Guide Number (GN) value if you do not have a light meter to determine the appropriate You can rely on the internet to calculate guide numbers, just be aware that ALL manufacturers lie about their guide numbers, usually adding 1 or 2 full stops. Please accept this as a helping hand.

))))))). There is a not so minor issue with the diffuser, which is already mentioned in related reviews. There are very few items on the 600ex that can be obtained Photo ops are not one-size-fits-all. As you know, they can take place in seconds or fleeting moments, and it IS NOT a one-size-fit-all thing. Similar to other Sto-type controls, this one also requires a hand On other flashes, I've also used Fen units. The diffuser does not go on easily, but once it is in place, it does the job. It is easier to put on this thing one way than the other, but it is.

I love this diffuser because it is low profile
5/5

Using this diffuser, we will be able to create a neutral atmosphere Light with a warm hue. My experience with it is diverse and I have seen excellent results across a wide range of scenarios. It can be compared to the gary Fong cloud dome diffuser with respect to its function. In addition to being softer and warmer, the gary fong collapsible lightsphere also takes up much more space in the camera bag (the gary fong lightsphere is brighter and cooler than both The smartphone is what I use when I am out and about I am Fen. I use the fong if I am stationary.

My 600ex II RT filled perfectly with this product
5/5

I was not sure that it would do so. Both Canon and Yongnuo EX-E series cameras can use this lens It's an RT 600. You'll have to work hard to fit it, so don't To get it on, there's nothing better than a little swing and dance. is not similar to the canon diffuser on the 430RTII, which you click into place. Keeping it on doesn't require a click it's just a matter of where it fits.

Light diffused in various directions is the secret to beautiful lighting
4/5

You need something similar to this bounce diffuser that goes over your flash attachment to diffuse your lights. This cover is made to fit specifically on Canon's 600EX camera Compare the light on a person's face before and after and you will see a big difference in the softness of the light. It is important to have a diffuser to give the impression a person/room are naturally lit without external There are few more important items in photography than this diffuser. It is well made, affordable, and essential. It is recommended.

Purchase made with no problems
4/5

All seems to be well so far. Although I would like it to have diffused a little more light, it is definitely better than just using just the flash. There's no better on camera application when it comes to ease. As it is quite tight, it won't fit back into the 600ex bag when worn.

It’s one of many light modifiers I have used over the years, but this one seems to be the most flexible and the least fiddly when I’m Inadequate oomph can be hard to deal with when I have to go bare bulb but we don't get that Light-loss issues have pretty much been settled with cameras capturing good color and contrast at ISO settings of 3200 and above

this, I only use this light as fill light most of the time.

5/5

There was a statement that it was a replacement for the Yongnuo YN600EX I bought the RT because I had to own There is one type that does not fit Yongnuo YN600EX This is part II of the RT. It didn't say that it wasn't compatible with the Yongnuo YN600EX-I didn't read close enough to tell whether that was true or not This is part II of the RT.
