I used to have a filter that came in a plastic screw-on housing- Case top (bottom is white, top screws off and Are there any cases for this filter, or does it have no case at all?

The inner diameter of the cover is 52 mm. Is that correct? The reflector needs to have a diameter of 51mm to be able to fit the reflector. ?

A 52mm thread is the size of the filter. If you look at the end of your lens, you will see a circle with a slash through it. That is the size of the filter.

The perfect addition to your black and white film photography collection. We have shot with a red, orange, or golden yellow filter in the past 24 hours. For this roll, I went for a slightly mild yellow and shot through it with FP4 film. have received the results back and am happy to report that the filter has performed well. This tool does a wonderful job of removing the Hays, cooling down the sky, and clarifying the image overall as well as Having this filter on hand is essential when shooting black and white films, particularly if you intend to photograph landscapes or people in.

I still buy my own filters. Having just seen the price rise for camera lens filters, I'm in awe. As for why digital cameras lack anything other than UV filters, I believe that may be the result of the law of supply and demand. When I found this yellow filter for my black and white film camera, I was amazed at the price. When I received it though, I realized I wasn't sacrificing quality at all. The product I have in mind is highly recommended.

When I was a sophomore in college, this book first came out. A copy of the book is available in the library for When I was a child, I had a limited budget. For a forty-four year old, it may not be perfect, but it is the best An additional year of experience It is an old book, but it suits me well.

The yellow #8 filter on the Tiffen is horrible! It does not look as though it could have passed an inspection for manufacturing defects since it has at least five very visible imperfections in the glass finish

These look like blotches or blemishes along the rim and in the glass. This is coming out of the inside of the filter a quarter inch! Put something on a lens and you will not get good results!.

The filter arrived as promised and did not sustain any damage, and the function of the filter on the camera was what was expected. We weren't able to detect any flaws in the lens, it was of excellent quality.
