A rubber panel is attached to the end of the camera where the wrist strap is attached. Pull up the end of the panel closest to the top of the camera (the button closest to the on/off switch). In the end, I took the card out so I could load my images for school since I spent weeks trying to load my camera wirelessly to my computer. Using this cable is a great idea. Copies or transfers the photos are as simple as plugging it in. It is easy, there are also no issues related to software.
