If it were small, I believe you could leave it on, but it's probably best to take it off and put it in the pouch.
For a C-, there is no bag like this. This bag can be used as a C-bag. If you get a 19 to 22 inch toolbox and line the bottom, sides, ends, and lid with half inch to 1 inch foam, you'll have a nice carry case for under 20 bones! With an 8" SCT and a 22 to 24 inch toolbox, you can accomplish the same goal.
The RASA 11" optical tube assembly and the 11" Telescope Optical Tube Bag are not compatible.
This bag would be too large at 127mm, which is 5 inches.

The 8" SE will no longer fit in the case after adding a motorized focuser or a Telrad. It just about fits with the provided finder scope, but it will most likely not fit with a third-party finder. You won't be able to close the zipper once you've added the Celestron motorized focuser. Loosening the set screw allows you to turn the focuser on and off, but it's a pain. It might fit if the case was 2 inches longer. It's a nice padded case and would be a good way to protect the scope if you only use the manual focuser. br>br>If you only use the manual focuser, you'll be fine.
I've wanted a soft case for my C11 since I first got it, and now it's finally arrived. This is a very good, thick material; I've only recently received it, so the durability will have to be determined over time, but it appears to be strong enough to last. It has enough padding to keep my OTA safe, but it does require some care. The metal attachment points for the shoulder straps are strong and durable. This is something I would recommend to anyone who needs to transport their scope. It appears that by adding some internal padding, it could be used for smaller scopes and accessories as well. Even the 11" tube has an accessory pouch on the end for eyepieces and diagonals.
This is a great compromise because the duffle bag is made of thick material and has enough padding to protect your scope. The bag has a nice Celestron embossing all over it. Metal clips with excellent quality are used on the shoulder strap. This is something I would recommend to anyone who needs to transport their scope without taking up too much room in their vehicle. It's a perfect fit for my 11-inch Edge HD.
service, this is a good bag. For the C11, it's a little tight. For something smaller, it's way too big. At a fraction of the cost of a hard case, this case provides adequate protection for storage or travel to a dark sky location.
The CPC1100 is unfortunately not stored. The SCT is the only thing that fits. My scope's mount does not detach from the mount.
This Celestron bag is tough and well-padded to keep your telescope safe while transporting it to your favorite stargazing spot.
My telescope is well-protected thanks to this product.
