Questions & Answers

The USB port needs to be plugged in to charge this device, so can it be used while charging?

Yes, I do. You probably won't forget it, but you will be reminded of it often. The device plays an audible tone every five seconds The device should be charged and used for at least 10 seconds. In case your charging receiver is plugged into the charger, then this tone will sound OVER any music you are currently playing.

Bluetooth headphones will allow me to listen to my TV through my phone. What should I do if the Acor is plugged into my TV receiver? My headset is not connecting to my ancor. What should I do?

You cannot use it to send a signal to your headphones, as it is not a transmitter.

As soon as the car is turned on, does it connect to your phone and power up?

The device is powered automatically by USB only. When powered by a conventional outlet, the device automatically shuts off For some reason, I do not have an Internet connection with my OnePlus 5.

In the event that a phone is no longer paired, does the device automatically shut off?

In reality, the computer doesn't automatically turn off when it's not in use. That's at least the case with mine. When all bluetooth devices are disconnected and the power is turned off, even when charging is not allowed, it still appears to be on standby after being powered off.

I highly recommend it as a Bluetooth alternative! My car has no Bluetooth since it is an older model
5/5

My search led me to this device. It connected to my iPhone XS Max without any problems. The sound quality over Bluetooth 5 was excellent. There is no such thing as 0! In reviews I read, people said that it makes a humming noise when it is not playing audio. This is true, but not if you are also charging it at the same time. You will no longer hear the humming as soon as you disconnect it from the charger. The humming does not affect music in any way. repeat, the hum is only audible when you are not listening to music and it is connected to a micro USB charging cable. The program is powered by tapping the power button it has, then you connect and boom, your music is playing. Do not be swayed by negative reviews or a lack of technical understanding on some people's part. The program does exactly what is needed to be done.

Although it's so good, I still can't love it as much as I would have liked to
3/5

For music, I bought this device to plug into the aux output of my car and charge with a cable. I now use it to pair with my iPhone XS max. First, let's take a look at The bluetooth connection between my phone and the Bluetooth 5 is strong I have heard almost as good sound as my aux when music or anything else was playing. The good part of this story has come to an end. The cons are as follows As soon as the Bluetooth is connected and there is no sound being played, you will hear a noticeable hissing in the background, to the point where you need to either lower the volume to avoid hearing a buzzing or play something louder. If something with volume starts playing, the hissing completely goes away, and it gets back to the Following the volume stop, the bluetooth device seems to go somewhat idle for a few seconds before the loud hissing begins. I also have a problem with the microphone. I cannot be heard when I speak into the mic and carry the device next to me while on the phone, and that even when directly into the mic and having my device nearby. Thus, you cannot make or receive any calls while driving (mobile or facetime) and use Siri for sending text messages or other activities. It would be nice if there was a way to turn off the microphone on this device so the iPhone mic would be used instead, then the This device will probably be moved to my PC, where I will have to investigate a few other issues, but I will continue to search for a car solution.

The Anker products I've used have never generated annoying interference
3/5

I've always regarded them as high-quality products. It is for this reason I chose this product over a less expensive equivalent Bluetooth device. My new electronic shooting range safety earmuffs are called the Howard Leight "Impact Sport". I specifically wanted this design to match my new earmuffs. There is an audio input 3 on the device. The 3. 5mm jack is intended for older devices with a 3. 5mm jack. The output is 5mm. As a result, I felt the Anker SoundSync A3352 would be a great As it turns out, I had a lot of trouble getting my iPhone 6 Plus to connect to the A3352 via Bluetooth at first. I've turned it on and off as much as I could to try to make it After all, it finally When I connected the headset's audio input jack to the A3352, a buzzing sound immediately rose to the surface. My first thought was that perhaps the volume needed to be adjusted. In fact, I tested both ends of the 3 while figgling in and the sound became louder the more I adjusted it. The coupler is 5mm in diameter.

There was no noticeable improvement in the noise. My music played just fine, albeit with a buzz amidst it. Therefore, I felt it was unacceptable, especially since I received a premium product from Anker. In an active shooting range, I expect any sort of mic to work poorly with phone calls. I did not get to the point of testing accepting phone calls, but I do not believe that any sort of microphone would work well for calls. There was an audible noise in the background even when the music was playing and we had trouble connecting to Bluetooth at first. Despite spending a lot on this product, it was not worth it!.

This receiver isn't really up to par
3/5

You can find other better codecs that support receivers if you skip this step. When you buy the latest and greatest "Bluetooth 5", you might think it would be the best of the best. It is the latest technology you would be getting if you chose the "0" receiver. It would be wrong to say this Anker receiver does not support the better codecs out there (AAC, APtX, Apt X HD, etc. ). It is possible you have noticed the codecs are not available anywhere, even on the product website. Now that you know the reason why, you can use the codecs. In order to find out this information, I had to email the ANKER support team. Among the pros As I have experienced with most Anker products I have used, this one is well built. The cons are automatic reconnection, something that is quite unpleasant in a situation in a car. It doesn't matter how you re-do it The receiver will reconnect automatically if I reconnect my Android LG phone once I return to range if I connect it to the receiver. Having to move it out of the console was necessary so I could start the search for local devices in the region by pressing the button. That was a very obnoxious thing. 2) The battery. What is the point of them? It appears that all they've done with this device is confuse it so it won't acknowledge previous complaints about returning devices. This can be even more annoying when you are near the car and the Bluetooth is on yet connected over a distance and you have to disable it manually while on 2) Codecs are still stuck in Bluetooth 4 because it is old-school. The previous generation of USB-0 devices (3+ years old)
I am no audiophile, but when you can hear the difference between SBC(which this uses) and the latest versions such as LDAC and APT x HD, its time for an upgrade.

The sound is great and the design is wonderful! The program works well
5/5

I haven't tried any other adapters, so I cannot compare their performances. If the music is not playing on the device, static noise may be heard when it is being charged. A ground loop causes this, which can be fixed with a ground loop isolator. This is not a problem with the device, it's a problem with the ground loop. As a whole, the phone's sound quality is great button functionality is great and the call quality is also excellent. There could be a change in the design so that both cables exit on the same side so that it can be conveniently stored in cars.
