The 55-inch 4k TV replaced a smaller one that had been in use for a long time. However, that is the only way I can use it. I wish they would simplify it a bit more for laypeople. There are a few parts that are annoying in assembly, but the process isn't complicated. Despite its name, this stand does not include any instructions. It doesn't exist. Here is the illustration on the box as the only example. As it is compatible with lots of TVs, it has lots of hardware. It adds to the confusion that you have to test fit bolts to your TV to make sure they will 1) It looks nice and can be used in most any home style. Wires cannot be inserted into the loops on the back of the stand support post as they come out when wires are tried to be inserted. I think it is a good buy for the money. In spite of its solid construction and aesthetically pleasing design, the product is not suitable for TVs larger than 50 inches. If you are over 40" then this probably won't work. Even when a TV is within the parameters of this product, the brackets do not line up with all VESA holes. In the brackets, there's about two inches of wasted space that could be used to extend the TV's height. It used that space on an arrow to indicate the direction in which the bracket should be facing, something that would have been great to have on Ultimately, it raised the screen on the 50" TV about half an inch higher than the standard legs that came with it.

Feel free to email me with the answers. The process of putting it together proved challenging. I don't like how the brackets are too short. It did not come with two parts that were supposed to lock the Tv mount to the stand. These were the black top part and the two extra security frames that were suppose to come with it. This wasn't going where I expected it to. In addition, it was not aligned with all the holes for the TV to sit in. Also, I had to leave one of the washers off because it wouldn't let me screw the screw in if I left it on just that one. I hope the TV will be secure enough to be held there. In addition, it won't fall. I intend to take it down and see if I can still attach the washer and the two security pieces

The product seems to have a lot of good feedback and I thought that would make it a reliable choice, but when I received it, it has been I need to express my dissatisfaction with the components, which are quite cheap. I am also dissatisfied with the components that hold up the TV. It was an exceptional experience dealing with Amazon's service. It would have been such a hassle to return the item, so they let me keep it (I'll likely replace it later). Upon receiving my money, I returned it.
