Questions & Answers

The package says the depth of the product is 5 inches, but is that the width?

There has to be a depth of five inches. It is confusing to see those dimensions. In a gym where I go, I see this stand in use. Currently, the stand is approx five feet high with a 40" television mounted on it at its widest point, the stand is two feet in height.

Can you tell me what the minimum mounting height is?

There would appear to be a range of adjustment available for the center of the TV between about 40" and It's my hope that this will help!

When the mount is fully extended, how many inches are the bottom of the TV off the ground?

I'd say it's more than 60 inches tall. It was used for a live event, but it could be made available on a platform as well.

The door sill outside the home will be used for rolling this over. Can the wheels be replaced with larger ones if they are not large enough to handle a threshold?

Wheels this small aren't powerful enough to handle thresholds, I think. I would not find it comfortable to scoot the wheel over an exterior door sill, even if you replaced it with a larger set of wheels.

A roll-over unit had to handle carpet easily, and this one does
3/5

Buying a rolling mobile TV cart was important to me for two reasons. First, it had to roll over carpet with ease, and this unit does that well. point is that I want the television screen to be movable I cannot use this feature because I intended to use the 40" TV as a low profile TV in my bedroom, so I find it an utter It was the moment I opened the box of parts that I felt the dread beginning As expected, there were no directions or parts list on top of the box, but they were visible on the bottom, which meant I had to empty the box to scatter parts around the room before I could inventory them. Once I had the parts list and directions in hand, I discovered that everything was in Only when it was time to insert the two upper poles were there any other words written in any other language. To install the welded together pipes into the holes in the base, the welded together pipes must first be inserted. It was harder to do than it sounded, since there is practically no tolerance between the diameter of the pipe and the dimensions of the holes. It took me about half an hour of swearing to complete this task. There are two pipes that are sleeved into the base pipes, and these two pipes must be inserted individually, and they must be raised or lowered according to Now, here's where things started to get strange. With a push of a button, high and low pipes could be raised or lowered. Push a button to find out how the top pipe heights should be adjusted before the two pipes are joined by bolts to the top crosspiece that holds the TV, which later can be mounted with I wanted a 40" TV lowered as low as possible without facing a problem with the cable box shelf I could not do that As I could not tell by looking, I had to attach the TV after the upper cross bracket was bolted in place before it would be able to be added. Without the TV in place, I decided to hang the TV temporarily so I could see how low it would fall, then use both hands to push buttons simultaneously and let gravity take its course. Dropping the upper joined pipes two marks or stops ended the adjustment, either up or down, indefinitely. After one button disappeared inside the pipe on one side, which I believe jammed somewhere between holes, I could not do it anymore, either up or down. Increasing our focus to the brackets that would be anchored to the back of the TV with four bolts in four bolt holes, here we go. Do you want to know what happened? No way can the four bolts line up with all four holes at the same time. This was due to the fact that I was only allowed to use the two holes at the top. Here it is a brand new Samsung television, not some strange off brand, therefore this is an issue with the bracket design. Furthermore, when it came to hanging the TV on the cross piece, I found in another pictograph the expensive TV was to be locked in place with only two tiny little metal objects that seemed somewhat untrustworthy, especially since the TV is to serve as handles so the whole mess can be moved. Adding to the frustration, when the cable guy came to hook up the TV, he found that both the width and length of the bracket from which the TV is hung effectively covered all the jacks that are built into the middle back of it. There was an HDMI jack on the side of the TV, so the cable guy made use of it rather than the input. I have yet to see a work-around for this design problem! As you may have guessed, the conclusion is that I would have sent the whole thing back if it had not been for the difficulty in disassembling and packing it. fact, due to the pipe supports jammed behind the wheel, I was unlikely to even be able to take it apart! It is tragic that this rolling cart is one huge design disaster. It is made using heavy steel and powder coated components that should last for a long time. It would have been possible to raise or lower the unit at any time simply using a single, large upright sleeved pipe, raised or lowered using a hydraulic system used to raise and lower There could have been a major top cross piece that was more open to hold a TV but I suspect it would be far less stable. Last but not least, there is one thing I forgot None of these information was available to me, including the country of manufacture, company name, or If you need advice or a way to vent, here is an email or phone number to reach out to. There is definitely somebody out there who does not care about their work and who is not very proud of it.

This one is a great buy! It's hard to tell the difference between this quality and heavy duty
5/5

Why buy any other TV stand when you can get one like this! My 55" Samsung flat screen needed a heavy duty TV stand that could hold it. I searched for a lengthy period to find the perfect stand. Wheels and hardware of good quality were also important to me. Here, you will not find cheap junk, but fantastic quality. I got this mobile TV stand to replace a wall mounted one because my husband wanted to mount the TV to the wall. Now he loves it! Every room in the house is occupied by it as it is wheeled to wherever the person is watching TV. The screen can be pushed all the way down to the end of the bed, so you don't have to squint to watch. Despite being so flat and elegant looking, we can push it against the wall when not in use, which makes it look mounted, but it really isn't! I can assure you that you will love this!.

This is also true for AKA the Kanto MTM65, this is the same product
4/5

During the time I bought it, there were about 50 dollars less. What does that mean to me? ) So I searched the web for the A thing like that does not exist. It has hardly a website to show for itself. I watched a video of Kanto showing how their model is made, and I was able to put it In terms of the parts, it was the same thing. My experience with this stand has been good since I figured out how to put it together. This appears to be a fairly solid product.

Quite sturdy stand, however it took a little while to assemble it
4/5

Let's finally get around to assembling this stand. It took quite a bit of time to assemble the stand. In most cases, instructions were provided by illustration rather than writing. As you can see in the illustration, washers are needed but they were hard to see. So I had to remove the wheels. A total of twenty to thirty minutes were lost. There were some items that would not stay in place when screwed I use packing tape to hold the items in place while I screwed them in. You will either need a second person to hold the item in place or you can use packing tape to hold the item in place while fixing it. During the process of figuring it out, I once again lost quite a bit of time. There was a special challenge in assembling the tray. In order to determine how to put it together, I had to study the illustration for 20 minutes. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for it to actually fit. Taking all things into consideration, it should not have taken longer than 5 minutes. My television stand (55" Toshiba Fire edition) is completed with the screws that secure the TV. However, the spacers provided were too long and the screws were too In order to fill up the space, I had to use my own 8 additional washers. I was glad to have them in hand. However, I had to wait a little bit longer to obtain them and determine how many I would need. There was only one washer needed for the top screw, and three washers were needed for the bottom screw. In order for the TV stand to be stable, two people were needed to mount it on the stand. Afterward, I added some attachment pieces to the bottom of the TV attachment to keep it in place. Due to the weight of my TV, I'm not really sure if these pieces were necessary. The best policy is still to be cautious. My wife was required to take my 55" TV off the stand, plug in the power cord, and connect the ethernet cable. After all of that, the attached cable bracket for the cameral did not fit because the As a result, no camera attachment is needed. The height adjustment is a spring-loaded pin, which I should also pay attention to. It doesn't appear that the pin is fully extended at the height I chose. Last but not least, one of the pieces of plastic around the wire holes on the finish cracked during As long as it is on the back of the stand, it doesn't invalidate it. However, this is still true. The company is going to replace the piece at my request. As far as the camera attachment is concerned, I don't know what can be done. I must say, on a positive note, the stand is quite heavy and appears to be sturdily constructed. Furthermore, the stand appears to be well-built and maneuverable thanks to its wheels. front wheels of the stand are farther out than the back wheels on the bottom of the stand. As a result, the stand is less likely to tip over. My 55-inch TV is so heavy that it is especially important to have a sturdy stand. In the end, I was able to assemble the stand with a little help from my wife. I will report back once I have used it for some time.
