After you've inserted the battery into the phone handset, simply plug it into the phone base unit (which is plugged into the wall). It will recharge on its own.
As a rule, used batteries should not be thrown away with regular trash; instead, contact your county's Waste Management office (or look it up online) to learn about proper disposal procedures.
There is no way to charge your phone. These are cordless handset battery replacements.
I'm not sure why they sent the wrong one; it's too small.

These replacement batteries were purchased because my home cordless phones were dying before I could complete a long (60 minute) call. Instead of spending $60 on a new phone system, I decided to try new batteries ($8). br>br>As a result - This is how it works: The new ones are a perfect fit. (If you need to compare with a magnifying glass to make sure they're the same size, do so. ) They're also 800MwA - which surprised me. or nearly THREE TIMES the battery "juice" of my vTech phones' 300 MwA. They're fantastic. br>br> I also have a sense of intelligence.
Despite the fact that the third one worked, it was excessive. I used it because I had to switch to it all the time. I decided it was time to replace the entire set because I was afraid that the cost of new batteries would be nearly as high as the cost of new phones. The batteries were surprisingly inexpensive, simple to install, and immediately functional. My dead phone has been brought back to life and now functions perfectly. This is one of the happiest purchases I've ever made because my weak phone now holds a charge and functions properly.
These CLAIM to be 800mah batteries, which would be twice as powerful as the standard 400mah batteries found in most phones. When you get a higher capacity cell, it usually weighs more (due to the higher density). I recently bought these in the hopes of reducing my charging time. When I weighed a standard battery and this battery, they WERE EXACTLY THE SAME WEIGHT: 21 grams. My fault; the label clearly states "Made in China," and based on my decades of experience with rechargeables, I'm fairly certain these are 400mah cells with a phony rating on the outside; I could do a discharge test on the bench, but it's not worth my time.
Our cordless phone's handsets (two hand units) were no longer charging, and I couldn't find any replacement batteries locally. One specialty battery store advised me that the batteries were quite expensive ($45 per set) and that I should just buy a new phone system instead. So I went to Amazon, and guess what? Rechargeable batteries 00! They've been there for a while, and so far, everything has gone well. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but I'll be ahead of the game even if I have to replace them every year! I am extremely pleased with my purchase! I gave them three stars for longevity because I don't know how long they'll last.
My old V tech cordless phone needed a new battery. This phone is quite old, and the original battery lasted for quite some time before dying after about 30 minutes. And it would die after a day or two of being disconnected from the charger. So far, this substitution has performed admirably. You never know how long you'll be on the phone, and land lines are still far more reliable than cellular, which is why I use a land line for all of my important business; it's also nice to forget to plug the phone in and have it still work a few days later.
The T cordless phone comes with two handsets. The original batteries failed to hold a charge, so they became unreliable. These new batteries are more powerful than the ones that came with the cordless phones when they were first purchased! All four of them went straight into the handsets, and it's as if we'd just purchased a brand-new cordless phone system! Thank you very much!.
I had the option of ordering a new phone or ordering replacement batteries. I went with the latter and am pleased with my decision; they hold charge well (2. 4V - Capacity: It has a large capacity (800mAh) and lasts a long time. The capacity of my previous batteries was 300mAh. br>br>Overall, a good product at an affordable price.
My Vtech cordless phone (almost 7 years old) would no longer hold a charge. After reading a few reviews, I decided to purchase these, which claim to be 800mAh but appear to be 400mAh. That said, there's plenty of battery life for conversations and occasional time away from the charger. Because they're NiMH and I got them with a small charge, I let them drain off the charger after I put them in the phones - They dropped from 100% to full discharge on the 3rd day after almost 3 days of waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting% After that, I fully charged them in the charger, and they appear to be holding their charge well. I usually leave my phones on the charger for a day or two, then use them for calling in other rooms where the chargers aren't available, before returning them to the charger. When it comes to battery life, I'm not as concerned as I am/would be with my mobile phone - Hello, my previous use of the original battery lasted approximately 6 years. br>The price is reasonable, and the packaging and condition were excellent. If anything unexpected happens with their performance, I'll be sure to keep track of it.
