com. In September 2020, I purchased a watch battery from the company. It had been several minutes each day since February 2021 when my watch started losing time. It has taken me two emails through Amazon communication before I received a reply from them. My understanding is that there is a 30 day return policy. A watch battery should not need to be replaced after just five months. I asked if it was possible to provide me with It would be great if they could reply the same day, even if they don't want to. As a result, I believe they have terrible customer service, and I would never do business with.

Right out of the package, the battery was tested. The voltage should be about 3V for 4V. This is a 2V new circuit. There are too many problems for the watch to be able to function. This might be an isolated issue, but this was my first time using it, and the battery was defective.

While Energizer batteries are known to be high-quality, we'll never order batteries from Amazon again since the return window closed in As far as I know, Walmart would allow the battery to be returned after 3 months if it stopped working.
