Questions & Answers

Who makes it? Where in the world is it ?

The product is made That's not my cup of tea. Most prongs of plugs do not fit in but two or three outlets due to the varying depths.

A few of the plugs I have for computers are quite large. In this strip of outlets, they all appear very close to each other. Is it possible to plug in multiple large plugs at once?

I received the same photo as in the photo. Plugs can be plugged in far enough apart for them to fit, but you may need to eliminate Several strips have caused this issue in the past, but all of them have the same problem

Does it matter whether it is Does the plug head have UL etched on it? It says "certification" at the top of the product information. There is a "no" below, but the answers seem to affirm it. ?

This is awful
3/5

I almost caught fire when my house caught on fire. Whenever we watched television or cable, we had only our boxes hooked up. When I heard static, I turned to find this was catching on fire! The only reason I rated 1 stars for these is that I didn't want to skip over them. The Fire Department has issued my product a fire hazard rating.

In comparison with the old version, the new one is inferior
3/5

This extension cord surge protector comes in the old version and I have about six of them. There were several features in the old version that could not be beaten ** - It would be great if the cord could be angled in the right direction if the head swivelled
- So you could place furniture against the outlet-- if it had a flat head Long enough cord to allow it to be plugged into behind a sofa as well as being able to plug in other things. In terms of width, the new version is more than twice as wide as the old one. That is an enormous amount of data. This is not a flat surface A swivel head is not available on the new version. As of now, the slider is locked down. thick at the head, making it difficult to plug in and impossible to do so without touching the prongs as you push it into the socket, which can be a very dangerous procedure. GE stamped on all of my older ones, so they had to make significant changes to make the product inferior. I thought maybe I ordered the wrong brand, but my old ones have GE stamped on them.

The roof wasn't strong enough to hold up during a storm
3/5

We thought this was fine for the first two months. The protected light was continuously on, everything worked as it should, all was well. Then we had a storm and the power went out and came back a short time later, but neither our gaming system nor sound system could be recharged. There is no longer any power to the bar that used to be plugged in. It doesn't look like "protected" is working. Even though we wanted it to be so helpful, it couldn't possibly last.

MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE PURCHASING There was something wrong with my To replace units that were old, I bought these
3/5

There was no way I expected such a big deal to follow that incident. The first time I connected my TV to one, it immediately went out of commission. A claim against the warranty was denied by Jasco after I contacted them. When it was in my possession, it didn't work, but as soon as it was returned, it worked as it should have. Although I am not sure what type of magic they worked, they are always awful and As they admit to not even testing these plugs' functionality, so how is it supposed to work, since they obviously didn't test them to see whether they In this case, fraud and theft are involved. The customer service is poor, and the above all comes together to form one big mess. GE products and Jasco products, including those related to GE, will never be purchased by me again.

It's the perfect solution to reach an outlet since it has a flat plug and long cord
5/5

The other day I bought a bakers rack for outside my tiny kitchen, and I managed to free up some much needed counter space by moving my microwave and Keurig there. Unfortunately, it needs to be plugged into an outlet on the opposite side of the narrow wall from the outlet, and while the rather short microwave cord could be routed back around to the outlet in the kitchen, my similarly short Keurig cord had nowhere to connect. As a result, I decided I needed another power strip. Normally, I don't pay much attention to surge protection, but this one caught my eye because the plug is flat, meaning I could plug it in behind the loveseat and not worry about it being crushed It turned out that I needed more than 10 feet, but I knew that going in, so it meant I could put it almost entirely out of sight and still have a few feet of cord I have been using this power strip for years in different rooms and it appears to be much stronger than the other power strips I have been using before. The item I needed was exactly what I needed at a good.

This is a bad product! Do not purchase it! YOU COULD lose your house to a fire! This was about a month ago when we bought two of them
3/5

The first one powers our 3 phone chargers, and the second one runs my son's video game console I used both cords for the same purpose. A smell was present, and then we realized there was a problem. It is possible that the house would have burned down and we wouldn't have been home. The two were not being used in a manner that could have resulted in this situation. IF YOU WANT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY IT.

This product cannot be used with Echo Dot, mobile chargers, or table lamps
3/5

You must beware! Connecting a simple, two-pronged plug will give you the following result You can't use it with an object with a 2-pronged plug, such as a table lamp. The first time I did it, I thought I was doing it wrong, but it turned out that I was half-way right Many of my friends and family have tried to help, but I have already clarified the issue by saying that the power strip plugs into the wall outlet without any problems. There is no way to connect the appliances you want to use to the strip unless they are grounded, three-pronged There are three prongs on the Several items I own won't plug into it, including both of my Echo dots and my phone chargers. It was a waste of money, effort, and time since I bought two of them for the same purpose.

I highly recommend this product for its price and how well it works
4/5

I only have one issue - it's a little tricky to get the plugs to go all the way in. The problem is not restricted to one outlet but both of the units I bought have the same issue. I needed exactly what you provided.
