Questions & Answers

There is a mention in the description that the application supports 100-channel audio Travel worldwide with 240 v and 100 % efficiency I have a 240v plug, but out power rating on the back is 125 volts and 10amps. Is one of them true or false?

There is some misleading information here that needs to be clarified. The outlet part of the plug will be 110 if you plug into A 220 volt outlet will be used if you plug into 220 volts. Dual voltage USB plug means you can plug it into either voltage and it will work the same. You're asking for trouble if you plug something into 220 volts since it would be easy to plug something into an outlet meant for 110 volts only.

The plug on this power strip can it be turned around or do you have another one that can? The ground is at the top of all my outlets. ?

It doesn't matter if you ground at the top or the bottom there is no US code that specifies one over In the event that the plug were to get damaged or come loose, the ground pin would provide a more stable connection to the grounding pin, which is more advantageous if a metal object were to fall onto it from above. Metal objects should not come in contact with the prongs of this ground plug because it is normally not carrying electricity. Ground plugs are also surrounded by thick plastic that can be used to help hold them in place more tightly. When grabbing a plug at the electrical outlet, a person's index finger usually reaches mid-way around the bottom of the plug, depending on how the plug is installed and where the ground pin is located. Hence, if their finger touched the ground plug, rather than the live prongs, they were more likely to get burned. Many items around the house, such as lamps, chargers, and timers, are oriented so that they can be plugged into prongs You can turn it down. In addition to ground-pin installations, GFCI outlets are required to be installed this way since the test and reset buttons have text that points in the same direction.

In particular, I am concerned about the flat plugs, as we have plugs in the back of 1/2 our furniture without a flat plug. How flat are they, and can we anchor furniture to them?

Approximately 3/4 inches of the plus protrude from the wall, which makes it fit quite closely against it. As the grounding prong is attached to this plug, it is a three-prong plug. If you are going to buy it, make sure you know

Is there any anti-, or does it have any What's under the table to keep it from slipping off? Does it have any anti-slip foam or something like that?

However, neither the cord nor my notebook are placed on the edge of my table such that it hangs down, so my notebook does not slip

Trying to reach the plug on the right, it juts out
4/5

As the power plug does not swivel, you have to plug it in right next to the outlet if there is something to the immediate right. Perhaps it is better to make a straight pole or a swivel pole. I have made some changes to Edit I received a call from an Anker representative who offered me another device that would resolve the issues I was experiencing with the Since I can't recall any product manufacturer directly contacting me to get my feedback on their product, I cannot say that I am satisfied with them. I am very impressed with the.

The LED is stupidly bright, but it works well
4/5

This is a great Built very well with the high quality feel we've come to expect from It only has one flaw the inexplicably bright LED that the manufacturer feels has to be the brightest thing in the room at all times. In order to prevent it from burning through shut eyelids and scorching someone's retina, I had to use electrical tape to cover it. There is no reason to have that ridiculous (and unnecessary) LED-light As a result, The tanning process There are five stars on the bed.

The product is a fire hazard
3/5

The plastic smells burning after more than an hour of use. There is a lot of heat built up in the cord. Definitely something to be wary of.

I don't know! I plugged in both my phone charger and watch charger, but it only charged the phone charger
3/5

Voltage is needed to charge 4 items, but I do not believe this charger has that. It is a real disappointment for me since I needed this item so badly. Due to the fact that I threw away the box, I was hoping for a refund somehow.

The bright blue light of a star I have no idea why blue had been chosen as a design
3/5

You shouldn't look at blue-colored things Do not use lights that emit light a few hours before you plan on going to sleep so that your brain does not release Is it the blue light that Anker added to this product since you will most likely use it to charge your devices in your bedroom? While you might think it's insignificant, at night it lights up almost half of the room. As an added benefit, the power strip will always be drawing power, as opposed to other models without output With the exception of this unfortunate design flaw, the cord and USB/outlets appear to be solid and well-built. I made it. My plan is to add some thick tape above the light to lessen the nighttime assault. (Note that the light cannot be turned off, and it also spills over into the USB ports. have been some of the most worthwhile purchases I've ever made but Anker has disappointed me to no end. In the end, if I knew this power strip had a bright light on it, I never would have purchased.

I've added this to my WFH desk and I think it's perfect
5/5

So I didn't have to dig around under the cable tray to plug in any additional electronics, I decided that I needed a few spare plugs on my desk. Compared to similar competitive products on the market, desk mounted ones can cost upwards In my case, I was able to acquire an Anker extension for a fraction of that price. I then glued it to my home office desk with a little adhesive tape. The power supply has now been improved so that standard plugs and USB devices are available. The pros are The following are key points to remember This product is very easy to install The Anker Quality & Assurance Group This warranty is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Cons Low cost

The following are key points to remember There is no Type C port on this model (available on higher priced models).

Is that strange humming noise normal? It seems to be working, but it does sound strange
4/5

I am a big Anker fan, but lately I have been disappointed with the company. It is impossible for me to keep track of all of the cables, chargers, and battery packs I have. The earphones I bought were not only for myself, but for my wife and sons as well. Although the quality has always been great, recently it seems the manufacturing tolerances have slipped. The PowerCube is a different model that I bought. I bought two more because I loved it so much. About half of the workers haven't been paid in a few months. It is a bit of a problem, but I believe Anker's products aren't made the way they used to be. My latest iphone cables seem to be breaking more easily than the older ones. I have purchased a couple of cables for charging my iphone and the durability has been declining. Is it me, or is it just cables that irritate me. As I did not want the PowerCube, I turned to this model without on/off button and thinner profile. There is also one fewer AC outlet on this model. Neither of the two AC outlets nor the two USB ports have a 3. 5mm jack. Although my iPad or iPhone are charged via the USB ports, the USB ports make a rhythmic humming sound when I am charging them. As it only makes the low level humming sound when it is charged, I believe there is a problem with the transformer. It does perform its intended function, but I am annoyed since it sits next to my bed on a night stand and I don't want to move In the end, I do not think it is a defect of any kind, but I have never seen an Anker product behave in this manner Amazon might be able to help me return it. There is no set formula for calculating your mileage. Message

Update It's a delight to deal with Anker customer service. A replacement was sent to me and it is now working perfectly. Since I was so happy with the customer support following my purchase, I upgraded my rating to four stars.

LED light that glows brightly but is worthless
3/5

This is yet another product with worthless LED lights. There is no mention of it in the description Because it lights up so brightly, it's not ideal for use in the bedroom. There is no reason why all these products have to have lights in them. The moment my power cord is connected to the wall, I do not need to know. It is one of the most annoying features in the game.
