The layout is excellent. You did an excellent job! br>br>A word of advice: make sure the top of the mount has a lot of cable exposed. My HDMI cable was bent and broken as a result of all the swinging and twisting. It was entirely my fault, but I wanted to tell you about it.
I'm no expert, but after purchasing, installing, and writing this review, I feel like I should film a glamorous car advertisement-style review of this monitor stand and pay for it to be promoted on Facebook and Google. It appeals to my tastes. That. Darn. Much. The instructions are easy to follow, and the parts are well-made. There are numerous warnings on the arm to ensure that you do not accidentally punch yourself in the face. On my desk, I have two monitors of varying sizes. This is something I bought for my left-handed daughter. The majority of the display is a 23" Dell something or other. It was literally dangling from my desk's side. It has been halted for the time being. And it's magnificent. I now have a lot of desk space, which I haven't had in over two years. It can swivel 90 degrees in either direction, but I'm not going to do that because the display is a cheap VA panel that looks bad from that position. However, the idea is sound. I'm thinking about getting another one for my other display! A+. Five out of five stars. Two thumbs up for this article. 100%. Good Job. A huge success! br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: Update! Folks, I went out and bought another one. I also included some images!.
I got it for $20 during a flash sale, and it's well worth $40. However, I do have a couple of minor gripes. The box arrived at my door in retail packaging, allowing all of my neighbors to see what I had received, and it wasn't even taped shut, just the cardboard hinge flaps that keep some boxes closed. br>It came with a lot of extra hardware I didn't use and a thick manual, as well as two different alen key wrenches, but no Philips head for the cable management pieces. br>It's very sturdy, and it supports my 27" AOC monitor with less wobble than the original AOC desk stand. br>br>My only complaint is that it can move down to the desk, but it only moves my 27" monitor up about 8" away from the desk, so this is not the arm for stacking monitors on top of one another. However, it's great for improving posture and freeing up a lot of desk space by raising your viewing angle. br>I'll buy it again if I need it.
It's a fantastic value. It's simple to put together, but it's not very sturdy, so I wouldn't advise exceeding the weight limits. The desk clip isn't very large, so I'd recommend it for smaller or thinner desks, but the ease of movement is worth the price on its own, so I'd recommend it for smaller or thinner monitors. update! br>br> 2020br>It can't support my new monitor at all, not even a smidgeon, no matter how tight I tighten the spring tension. All of my previous issues have only gotten worse. Don't waste your money on a cheap azz light weight monitor; it will work fine for a while but will not stay steady in the long run; I had to switch back to my stationary arm just to hold up my monitor, and my new monitor is only 11lbs. br>I guess you get what you pay forbr>(my new monitor)br>.
I was looking for a single monitor stand for my house and came across this little gem. It's well-made and extremely durable. It only takes a few minutes to complete the installation process. Ensure that the table's back is open so that you can grab from the bottom. If the table is made of wood, I would place a small cloth around it to protect it from scratches. The monitor is perfectly held in place once mounted, and the arm motion is fine; in general, this is a fantastic mount that is well worth a try.
I strongly recommend this company. I received a product that was missing parts, so I returned it for a full refund. I was contacted right away, apologizing for the mishap, and a new one was sent to me right away, free of charge. They are extremely proud of their product and business, which speaks volumes about them. So now that I've had the opportunity to properly evaluate the product, I can say that it's a fantastic monitor stand. It's one of the most impressive monitor stands I've ever seen. I wholeheartedly recommend this product and would use it again in a heartbeat.
I received this mount the day before yesterday and began the installation process, only to be let down. It's made to grip a flat, thick solid surface (not a glass top). My stand-up desk has a glass top with a 3 inch edge and a 4 inch depth at the bottom. The mount screw wasn't long enough to reach the bottom of the desk surface, and it couldn't grip all the way into the edge of the desk. As a result, it's now leaning against the desk's edge. See pics. A scratch on the glass top was another major setback. Fortunately, my curved monitor is lightweight, but I'm not sure how long this configuration will last.
To be honest, I wasn't expecting to enjoy it. These are mounts that I've never had much luck with. This one, on the other hand, is effective! It arrived in excellent condition, with clear instructions. Rather than drilling a hole in my desk, I went with the tension mount. This arm mount is rock solid after tightening the tension knob. The screws that held the monitor in place were the only real issue I had. I could not get a tight fit because the screws were too long. I was able to easily lift the monitor off the arm after screwing it in. Not good. That problem was solved with a quick trip to Ace Hardware. I bought four shorter screws for less than a buck, attached the monitor, and the arm works perfectly without any adjustments. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
