It will work, I have two 34" ones. The key to getting them to fit is stretching the arms on the lever, but yah, 34" or 36" is probably the maximum it can handle.
Because this monitor mount can hold up to 26 inches, it will fit a 17-inch monitor. Each arm weighs 5 pounds. Please contact us at support@ergear if you have any further questions. com. br>ERGEAR Customer Service br>Best wishes br>
Selected User Reviews For ErGear Dual Monitor Mount Arm 22-34 Inch, Adjustable Gas Spring Monitor Desk Mount Stand, VESA Mount 75/100mm with C Clamp, Grommet Mounting for Most Flat Curved Monitors, Hold up to 26.5lbs
This thing supports my two 32" monitors perfectly, and I was even able to stack them on top of each other!.
Both ultrawide monitors were able to be mounted. A couple of inches could be added to the height of the bar. I had to attach the arm past the pole's top, as you can see in the second photo. br>br>Overall, it's sturdy, with almost no wobble when I bang my chair arm against the desk.
5lbs). Because I have a 27-inch late-2015 iMac, I needed monitor arms that could hold at least 21 monitors. 5lbs; I was initially concerned about these arms, but they shipped quickly and arrived in less than two days. My Dell 4K 27" monitor was the first monitor I mounted, and then I mounted the iMac. The monitor arm was a little loose at first, but I tightened it up a lot, and it now holds perfectly! br>br>I am extremely pleased with the monitor arm order and price. This monitor arm set is what you need if you have a large monitor or want to mount your iMac. Normally, I don't write reviews, but this product has brought me so much joy, and I no longer have neck pain from looking down at my iMac or monitor because they are now at eye level. br>br>I also have a sit/stand desk, and moving up and down shows no issues with the stand. To be honest, this is a 10/10 product that you should buy right now! You'll be glad you did!.
This isn't entirely accurate. MOST monitors have an indentation in the plastic where the mount plate should go, and the mount plate has 75x75mm HOLES in it, but the plate itself is still 100mm in size. This mount arm will not fit if their indentation is for 75x75mm! The monitor's indentation is simply too large for the mount plate. Depending on how deep the indentation is, you might be able to make it work with super long screws. Although this kit includes slightly longer plate mounting screws, they weren't long enough for my 75x75mm monitor, and the mount itself is a clumsy design. br>br>Just make sure your monitor is either 75x75mm with no indentation or 100x100mm with no indentation, and these arms are THE BEST IN THE WORLD!.
Pros: br>Love the monitor arms' adjustability. br>Very sleek and easy to assemble. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. br>Because I'm only 5'6", I needed a stand that could adjust to the proper standing position for me. I had hoped that the pole would be tall enough to allow all of this to take place, but it was sadly too short, and I was forced to look down from a standing position. br>br>br>br>br>br> I bought a different monitor stand with a taller pole, but it was difficult to move it from a sitting to a standing position without having to pull my desk away from the wall each time, so I swapped out the mounting pole and used the adjustable arms from this one. Now I'm content and can easily transition from sitting to standing. Plus, the extra parts from each were converted into a dual monitor stand for my son's gaming computer, so they didn't go to waste.
This was to replace a single monitor stand made by Steelcase FYI - It's also supposed to be able to support more weight and TWO monitors. Win- I mean, who doesn't want to win? br>br>At this point, hold on. Let's take a look at a few points. br>br>Because this stand connects directly to the monitor(s), the arms are always fully attached to the monitor (the FYI, on the other hand, has a quick release that allows the monitor to be disconnected before moving the stand). Believe me when I say that this is critical. The extension arms (where the gas piston arms sit) were attached to the central "pole," which I placed on my desk. When I tried to connect the arm to the extension, it didn't work. It got to the halfway point. That's unfortunate because it won't be fully supported, but it also means that it can't be removed from the extension at that point. br>br>During testing, the other arm and extension were able to be used, resulting in a single monitor stand - I already owned it. So here are my options: br>br>
1. Attempt to use it for one stand while waiting for ErGear to respond. br>2. Return it to Amazon and return to my Steelcase while looking for a new standbr>br>Because I'm not sure what my best course of action is, all I can say is: Buyer beware, as this was overlooked during the quality assurance process. It's possible that you'll get a good one by chance. You are not permitted to do so. Although the price is attractive, the item itself may not be. br>br>If I can get it to work, I'll update this review. If I have to return it, I'll probably deduct a star for the inconvenience of doing so in the middle of a pandemic. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I've discovered the source of the problem - The arm is held in place with grub screws in the extensions. So it's most likely a case of user error on my part. Still, I won't be able to use it with my current desk, so I'm not sure how stable it will be. Once I have a new desk, I'll try to give a final update.
5 stars. I received a battered box (inside a larger Amazon box) with an already assembled product, no screws, Allen wrenches, or instructions when I first ordered this. I returned it for a replacement and received a new one with all of the items I expected (instructions, screws, wrenches, and so on). br>br>With the set of instructions provided, it's fairly simple to put together. The arms are quite strong and stable. The only issue was that I was under the impression that this mount could accommodate two 34-inch monitors side by side, but it couldn't. As a result, I decided to put my old 20" on the other arm and make my other 34" on their own base. br>br>1 star deducted because of the need to return due to a shortage of parts. Minus 0. The lack of 34" monitors side by side, as advertised, earns it a five-star rating. br>(Excuse my strewn-about desk!.
