I'm not sure if you're having the same problem I did when I was putting mine together recently, but I couldn't find the hole near the sticker that says "TO ADJUST THE ARM TENSION HERE." " I was finally able to see the hole for adjustment after pressing down the arm until it was horizontal. If this isn't your problem, the seller or others may be able to solve it. Best wishes to you.
This is a question I'm asking as well. I can't find any information about the minimum distance between the monitor and the wall that the unit must occupy. My monitors are 5" off the wall in their current configuration, which is sitting on my desk. I'm hoping that by using this unit, I'll be able to keep the minimum amount of space while having more flexibility in terms of placement and height.

It was easy to set up and adjust; I'm just waiting for my second ultrawide 34" monitor to arrive; I'll update 9n how they fit together. br>UPDATEbr>It fits both ultrawide 34" monitors with room to spare; great stand would definitely recommend!.
This is a solidly constructed articulated arm. I could tell the quality was exceptional even before I started putting it together. The LG ultrawide 34-inch monitor that I have mounted on this arm weighs just over 23 pounds. It also holds it in place, which is to be expected. It's extremely simple to use and set up. It is recommended that two people install it according to their manual, but I did it alone, with caution, of course. In addition, delivery was on time. A big plus is that there are two USB ports built in. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.
br>br>As a point of comparison, I'm currently using an Alienware AW3418DW 34" ultrawide, which is 16. My second monitor, an Alienware 25 AW2521HF 24, weighs in at 3. 03 pounds. It's only 5", so it's a seven. 83 lbs. The Alienware AW3418DW 34" ultrawide will not properly orient facing forward and will always be tilted downward, whereas the Alienware 25 AW2521HF 24" ultrawide will always be tilted downward. 5" can easily be adjusted to face forward. br>br>THEREFORE, BE WARNED! br>br>This falls far short of the claimed weight capacity for each adjustable point. Given that I'm confident that everyone reading this wants to set their monitors to the most common orientation (facing forward), So, if you're reading this, stay away from this product like the plague. Simply put, their claims have been greatly exaggerated to the point of fabrication. br>br>At most, I'd guess that these monitor arms can support and adjust up to t, but not more than ten pounds. 12lbs. So, if your monitors are bigger than that, I'd steer clear of this.
As part of a new office setup, I received this model of stand. What I like about it: It's simple to put together, it's solid, and it's stylish. These arms are capable of holding a lot of weight. I have a UW Curved 34" and a UW Curved 32" connected. WITH BOTH, THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE. There's no bouncing or wobbling here. What I don't like about it is how the cables are routed. If your cables don't have enough wiggle room, the covers will fall off. a great deal of fun and the covers will pop off if they aren't removed quickly enough! The two USB ports are extremely useful and perform admirably. (Do not attach anything to them, such as a USB 3 drive. ) They'll work, but not quite as well as a standard USB3 connection. ) I keep mine in case I need it for something. This setup is great for charging phones, tablets, and using a USB headset. I'm pleased with the quality and price so far, despite the fact that I've only had it for a few days. In a few months/years, I hope to have the same feeling.
Working from home has become a popular option for many people in recent years. As a long-term investment, I expanded my home office to include two additional computers. Monitors with a display size of 32 inches I was looking into monitor mounts because I wanted to make my work area more ergonomic. The 'highest rated' monitor cost nearly $300. That's fantastic, but do you think it's true? All of the best monitor mounts cost more than $150. And the ones that were less were usually fixed position, made the monitor move forward too much, and so on. br>br>This one was listed for around $60 (the price went up by another $10 between ordering and writing this review), and had all of the basic features that I wanted. It gets the job done. br>br> It was simple to assemble (it comes with the majority of the necessary tools). The monitors can be tilted for customized, optimal comfort, and it has a wide, double mount where it attaches to the desk (you'll need a phillips head screw driver to install the monitors themselves). I suppose a single mount would suffice, but it seemed safer to spread the load. br>br>I'm not sure what the $300 mount is supposed to be capable of that this one is not. I'm relieved that I didn't squander my funds.
I chose this monitor arm at random and hoped for the best, and I was not let down. Last night, I mounted two 32-inch Samsung 4K monitors to this arm, and everything is stable, sturdy, and simple to position where I want it. I only gave this item a 4-star rating because the instructions are small, difficult to read, and lacking in detail. The monitor arm is a five-star product, but the assembly instructions, especially for first-time users, could be better. Two heavy 32-inch monitors are no problem for the arms! br>br>A few pointers for newbies like myself.
1. If you're not accompanied by a capable assistant. If you follow the directions, you'll be able to temporarily hang the monitor on the arm while you secure the rest of the fasteners to the mounting plate by screwing in the top screws on the back of the monitor first. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br Before you mount the monitor to the mounting arm, consider connecting the video and power cables to it. Connecting the cables later isn't impossible, but it's much more difficult when the range of motion is restricted by the mounts. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. If a monitor with a stand or legs is being mounted. Remove the old stand or monitor legs with care, or the monitor's bezel will be damaged. Some attach with a snap, others with a screw, and still others with a mix of both. 4. br>br> The instructions are primarily graphic in nature and do not include any written instructions. Make sure you understand what you're supposed to do before moving on to the next step. 5. br>br> It's a little more difficult to adjust the arms with the monitors in place. Don't put too much pressure on the situation. The adjustment screws for the mount arm work in the opposite direction. The tension is increased, not decreased, by loosening the screws on the arms. This is a bit of a stumbling block. It is not intuitive, but it functions perfectly.
This desk mount is ideal for my two 32" curved monitors because of their size and weight. Regardless of how you interact with the units (power on and off), the mechanism prevents any misalignment.
