In two days, I was able to resurrect the box, which is always a plus when shipping glass. The dual glass stand had been packed with care. When I first opened the box, I was taken aback by the thickness of the glass. My computer tower isn't your typical mid-ATX tower; it's a full-size CoolerMaster C700M that weighs in at close to 67 pounds with all the bells and whistles inside. 67 lbs. , siete siete siete siete siete siete siete My old stand was bowing, bending, and flexing under the weight of this computer, so I needed something that could keep her steady. br>br>Anyway, the dual glass stand kit was simple to put together and came with instructions that, frankly, were unnecessary. The legs are made of ABS or another hard plastic, but fear not, I left them as high as I could. They are adjustable, but I chose to leave them as long/high as possible, so the photos show the stands at their highest setting. br>br>I carefully enlisted the assistance of my wife, and we successfully slid the computer onto the top. My computer is in good shape, with no flexing or cracking. happy. My computer setup is around $5,000, so I'm proud to say that these little stands can withstand close to 70 pounds and that I trust them not to break. br>br>I could have spent $115 on a set, but WHY? These are perfect and look amazing, so I highly recommend them. br>br>Best of luck! Eli.
For starters, they're elegant and sophisticated. They have already improved the appearance of my desk. Second, these are adjustable, which is why I bought them. My monitors aren't level or matched. I was able to fine-tune them to the point where they are now level. No more stray books strewn across my desk! Third, now that I'm not staring at my screens, my neck is already feeling better. 4th I was pleasantly surprised by the price, which was on par with other risers.
To hide the computer cables and wires, I purchased these in black rather than clear. The primary motivation for purchasing this product was to alleviate neck and back pain caused by monitor fatigue. It's too early to say whether or not this will be beneficial. I didn't think the leg quality was bad, especially for the price, and they go with everything in black, so there were no problems. Perfect micro adjustability to get the desired levels. This was critical for my corner desk because the center piece is designed to be lower than the sides. Others had noticed the manufacturer's logo, but I hadn't. I don't even give it a second thought. Overall, I'd recommend these to a friend because of the quality, design, and price. In the photos, I'm using two rigs, each with a 26" and 19" monitor setup. A large number of cables, including bi-directional cables, are available. Switches that change direction. They are well hidden by the size and dark glass.
I'm not a fan of my computer being on the floor, either. While I may be able to find another desk that will accommodate; I figured I'd try putting a pair of these underneath it to see what I'd think. as well as the fact that this is a ten-dollar option. Less money spent and less space taken up. I looked for a single large enough piece but ultimately chose this option; which is possibly even better because the center between the two units would allow for more unrestricted airflow into the chassis through the bottom. br>br>I've figured out how to fix my issue.
The smoked glass is spotless and looks great on my desk. My dual monitors can now be raised to eye level thanks to the adjustable legs. There's even a small cutout on one edge of the glass in case you want to put these against a wall while still allowing wires to pass through without being pinched. It comes highly recommended!.
desk where you can stand These were purchased to complement my Flexispot sit-stand desk. They're perfect for a stand-up desk! Because I have three different monitors of various heights, as well as a laptop, I appreciate the ability to adjust the height. As a result, I purchased two sets of two for less than one of the other risers I was considering! The small grippy circles that stick to the bottoms of the feet are also a favorite of mine. I don't have to be concerned about these slipping (or yikes-) around. away from) my workstation I am a very satisfied customer!.
These stands were purchased to elevate my external monitor and laptop so that I wouldn't have to look "down" while working. The products are both durable and fashionable. It's simple to put together, and I like that the height can be adjusted. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because the quality of the threads on the feet could have been a little better - They have a lot of slack. However, this would not deter me from purchasing it again.
It did the job for what I needed it to do (risers for my TV) - The logo and the plastic legs have been a source of contention. Turn it around, cover it with a sticker, or simply set your laptop on top of it. The legs are sturdy and simple to put together, but they aren't what I was expecting. It's a great deal to get two for the price of one, and the black adds a touch of class until you get everything set up. 2 out of 5 stars!.
